Kohl's

Have not been in a Kohl's for years. They reorganized and looks great. We found the bathroom contour rug reg $21.99 on sale for $12.99. I bought all 3 on the shelf in blue and finished our shopping. The cashier was so patient & kind to help this older senior citizen. We left with money left on our gift card! We will be back.

Everytime I am unfortunate enough that I stop into this store there is a problem with customer service. The employees here do not care to help and are often times rude. I routinely drive to neighboring towns or have my orders delivered to neighboring stores to not deal with this specific store. It is completely rediculous that each time their is a problem with this store that another kohls in the neighboring town can take care of any issue there has been without problems. I don't know if it's coming from their management in terms of directing employees to be difficult, rude, or uncooperative with customers or what but it simply isn't worth the hassle of dealing with this store and their complete and utter lack of caring for customers.

Nicolette checked me out and she was delightful! She was extremely helpful and patient with my questions. She is definitely an asset to Kohls.

We shopped here for our entire family, up until now... its the only department store in Parker. I liked it... Kohls has entered the Woke Era. I don't need LGBT clothes for myself or my kids. Have you watched Target Stock lately. .1% of the population can put you out of business. I don't need nor want political rhetoric when I shop. Hello Park Meadows Mall!

Lindsay at the Parker, CO store did an awesome job helping me find an item I was looking for. She went above and beyond! Really appreciated.

Every time my family has to go through customer service, there is an issue. Employees are rude, lazy and hateful at every encounter! We now avoid this store and opt to driving to the next town's instead. Stay away!

Associate helped me order two items. Before I got home, I received and email saying item wasn't available, but they kept my Kohl's cash. Now I have to make call to deal with that. If items aren't available, I should be made aware of that before the order is complete at checkout!

I don’t like shopping at Kohls due to the downsizing of jewelry and accessories department. They have a large Sephora department which takes up a large portion of the store. Very disappointed in Kohl’s.

Kohl’s has excellent prices if you use the discounts. It is also very ease to return Amazon products.

1 cashier and one supervisor who liked visiting instead of helping check out people in line. I really don’t like to share my personal life with a stranger!!!!
