Target

Tried to use my 20% teacher discount, and it was a nightmare. It didn’t ring up correctly because the cashier told us we could use another coupon as well, which was not true, and then no one in the store took responsibility to make it right. We were told they could not discount it or give us any money back and that the coupon was now used so they couldn’t re-ring it. They had us call the 800 number who told us after a lot of back and forth that he could offer a gift card. It was a fairly significant amount, and we really just wanted the correct price. We finally agreed to the gift cards, only to receive an email a few hours later telling us nothing could be done, no gift card, and we had to go back to the store. Again. When I went back to the store, ended up talking to the same person at the customer service desk that I had started with. He started to tell me again that he was nothing. They could do one of the other customer service representatives who wasn’t a manager or anything came up with a solution that helped us be able to get our money back that they could bring it in and give us the correct amount which means they could’ve done that to start with, and saved us several hours of time and a couple of phone calls and trips to the store and a lot of frustration. It’s nice that Target wants to help teachers out. Goodness knows we spend a lot of our own money on supplies. But this was not worth the hassle.

An average Target. Only one problem: Their online inventory vs. in store is not accurate. My teen has been looking for a specific album recently. We could not find it in any stores near us, so we looked it up on the app. The album was "in stock" at this store, so we drove across town to get it. We tried looking for the item ourselves, and were unable to locate it. When we asked an employee, we were informed that their online inventory doesn't accurately reflect what's available in store.

Due to being in a new area, i had to go to this target instead of my usual target. Joshua, a worker here, made my trip worth it. He helped me find what I needed and was so respectful. He was such a hard worker and respectful young man.

The remodeling looks great, but I wish they would have updated the grocery department. I understand they aren't actually a grocery store, but it seems to be slacking more since the remodel.

If you are handicapped beware loss prevention might call the police on you and you will get beat up by them if you are to slow to pay at the register. That’s what they did at a Target in New Mexico to a man that had money but due to his disability was to slow to pay and loss prevention called the cops on him because of that, and the police whooped him. Granted the cop got fires and got charged but Target shame on you for doing that to a disabled man.

Fine for one or two things at self check out. Do not come here unless you want to do self check out. Even if you ask they won’t open a register. Very small selection also.

This store is such a mess. Things are in random places and you don't know the right price for the products you are trying to buy until you go to check out and then comes out the price tags on your products were way off. That was my first time shopping there and I'm not going back!

Dirtiest target I have ever been in. Clothes on the floor everywhere, it’s super disorganized and has a very poor selection of items - it seems they are low stocked on a lot of items. In several areas the shelves were bare. No employees working the register and the self check out line was long and took forever. Safe yourself the headache and don’t shop here.

This store is a mess. I went in to purchase motion & dark sensing night lights for my parent's home. After asking 2 associates where they were located, and they weren't sure, I found them. Whoever orders and stocks this section can't read English. GE, Energizer, & Scotch are brands. Lights were merchandized on wrong hooks, out of stocks were prevalent on most of the display, and light types (features) not near other lights of the same category (i.e. motion), then brands were intermingled and in no order. I blame our lacking education system, lack of pride in one's work product, poor management, poor inventory mgmt. system. What suffers? Sales, customer's time wasted, and shoppers going to Walmart or online to eliminate their frustration. Respect the shopper!

Great store very near by few communities.. good for very quick shopping needs... Toy's dresses food.. breakfast and fresh vegetables and fruits and Many more.. inside we have CVS pharmacy.. staff are always friendly and helpful.. everything is arranged and maintained very well... Good going....
