This store should be self service for everything. They never have anyone here. I have been at the kids’ shoe department for 45 min. No one to help. Many employees have asked by and I have asked for help and they say they will call someone to come here. O even called the store to let them know I needed help and they said they were having someone here soon and it has been 20 min. How disrespectful.
I'm not a suit and tie kind of guy, wore one a handful of times and only been fitted once for a wedding. But after meeting RJ, at the men's department... He fitted me a suit and helped me pick out a few items, that really made my posture and stance look more professional. I will be visiting more often because of him. Thanks!

I went to Dillard's at Flatirons to get a new suit for my daughter's wedding. Long story short is that it was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The alterations in the pants were terrible. I went back three times, the suit was not ready in time for the wedding, and the pants are still not completely fixed. When I told the assistant manager that there were still problems with the alterations, he just shrugged his shoulders as if it wasn't his problem. I just took the suit so I could go to a competent tailor to get it fixed. I never write these reviews, but their apathy really crossed a line for me. UPDATE: Dillard's reached out and went above and beyond to remedy the situation. They had their head tailor meet me at the store to adjust the suit properly. I just picked it up today and it fits great. They definitely went to great lengths to get this right and I certainly appreciate that.
My wife found all the things she needed including some nice boots for me half the price. If you have the patience to look you can find bargains. 😉

Poor customer service. The tall lady who works in the suits area upstairs was very rude and didn’t want to help us check out so we went to another lady who was kindly enough to help us. There was barely anyone working inside the whole store. The people who were working were very rude &’ on top of that they weren’t of any help and had a lot of attitude. Wanted to use the fitting room but they kept saying they didn’t have the keys to the fitting rooms that were opened &’ said all the fitting rooms were full and made us walk around to all of the other fitting rooms in the store upstairs just to find no one working to unlock the fitting room doors. We were carrying a lot of very heavy dresses too. Very disappointed.
Loved our shopping experience today. We were on a quick trip for a dress & there were tons of great choices. The employee in the dept was attentive & there were lots of customers at once. She served us all with grace.

I love Dillards. But there was an older white lady at the bathing suit section that did not let me walk around with a bathing suit to continue shopping. I told her that i was good then that i did not want the bathing suit! This lady followed me to the tommy bahama section and told the lady in charge there to keep an eye on me. How very rude of her. People like that should not be in retail were they have to deal with different types of customers.
I haven't been to a Dillard's in a very long time. I was visting the area and there isn't one where I live and I decided to get a new pair of sandels and finally bought a pair of Berks and the sales lady was super helpful and knowledgeable about them. Very good experience.
Terrible experience with your fitting room attendant. She was rude hollering at me for going in a room that was open and no one around. It was very upsetting. I suggested signage be put up to share your policy of someone having to let you in a room. She just kept hollering I shouldn't have went in. To add to this review I then went to your shoe department and was treated great there

I came in early to shop for a Realtor event and it was a wonderful experience. I needed some shoes and was able to pick up a pair of Michael Kors tennis shoes, heels, and a Dansko pair of flats. Lisa helped me in Lancôme. She provides outstanding customer service! Thank you Lisa for all of your help. Lancôme has the best dual sharpener for eyeliner and lip liners. Lancôme also has an amazing liquid liner, wonderful eyeshadows, and an amazing eyelash conditioner as well as mascaras. They also have Christopher Radco ornaments. Thank you Dillards. You have a great group of employees that made my shopping experience convenient.
