Macy's

There weren't as many clothes for me as there were for teenagers. So many clothes for high schoolers, especially girls. You know people that are out of high school wear clothes too right Macy's? I did find a couple of things but mostly was disappointed with the quantity overall of clothes at Macy's and the quality of clothes there. For instance, I was looking for clothes made of only cotton or linen. I found a long sleeve button cotton shirt, and thought great but once tried on find that at the bust it gapes open because there isn't a button there. (Higher quality clothes pay attention to those details.) Most clothes had polyester or rayon, even t -shirts. Also there were a lot of prom dresses or special occasion dresses that are meant to show a lot of skin. Not dresses you can really wear many times. I found one that sort of fit me but the straps were itchy. And there was an annoying tag that said Macy's wouldn't take it back if the tag was removed.

today i wanted to go and buy myself a perfume that i’ve been wanting for awhile. Ive worked in retail and understand that the staff need to watch out a little more closely to customers while in a department like such, but 3-4 associates or managers came up and kept asking if i needed help one after another. some lady with a long black dress, seemed to be a manager kept following me around and kept staring at me like a hawk. it made my shopping really uncomfortable and awkward. i immediately just bought it and left because i felt so awkward in that moment. once again i understand keeping a little closer eye on people especially younger adults such as i, but this whole experience was so awkward and uncomfortable for me…

I can not say enough how wonderful my time in the store was today. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in and the ladies were wonderfully helpful. ( I had to go in for a suit for my son after a mishap with his tux. )They directed me to Pat. Seriously. Patrick is a suit god. My son is tall and lanky and I was worried about finding something that would fit in a hurry. He looked at my son and immediately was on top of everything to make him prom ready. There is not enough praise for not only taking the stress out of the situation but being so knowledgeable. Thank you Macy's for having someone like Pat.

Patrick “Pat” did an awesome job showing us suits for our wedding. He explained everything very well and you can tell he has years of experience! We visited two major suit companies in the area and their service was pathetic. Luckily we decided to try Macy’s and met Pat.

Had some returns, the lady at the register was very helpful, we went on a Friday and it wasn't busy at all.

Macy's always has good dress up clothes, and they always have really good sales. The staff is always kind and very helpful.

Shopping with a teenager is challenging and the search for "try ons" was such an expanded area. The clothes were sectioned by designer name, which made it hard to sift out the teen styles.

One stop shop for my son s suit. SETH and ISAIAH in the men's department. Thank you so much for your help and making this experience stress free. We appreciate you.!!!

Cashier was very pleasant and helpful in and out quickly got what I needed and went on my way
