Marshalls

I never ever write reviews unless I really have too. But I’m Always at this Marshall’s and I love coming here but this one specific lady working the cashier I did not get her name but she was elderly long blonde hair with a winged harsh liner was VERY VERY rude about my return. The way she would look at me was NOT OKAY! She needs to be talked to immediately by management! Oh and I did call and Jessica was very sweet and understood my concern.

This review is for this specific location only. The store is very spacious, but they are doing some remodeling, so some areas are crowded. Overall, they have a good selection of items. Their candle selection is pretty small, however. They do not supply bags for your purchase. You can buy bags for 10 cents. For locals who know to bring their own bags, I guess that's ok. For an out of state shopper like me, that was an unwelcome surprise.

Well, I do like the store but was disappointed today. I had 2 things to return and they would not let me cause I did not have the receipt. Well tags were still on the clothes and i wanted to get different sizes but they would not take them!:(

I absolutely love this store! Very neat and organized. You can find everything you need and more.

I was at this Marshall’s location not too long ago and at the register I am used to the cashiers being kind and everything. However, Katherine was very rude and tossing things like she didn’t care. She also seemed angry. Horrible costumer service. She gave me rude stares. Good job Marshall’s for hiring people who make costumers uncomfortable! Will not shop here again!!!

Fitting rooms did not have ac. But are open. As always be prepared for the long check out line.

Good selection but prices are up 30% compared to last year.

They said I was a valued customer. Marshall's is one of my favorites places to shop. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They answer all of my questions too. when i walked through the doors, i had no idea what i was going to buy. The inside reaped of new merchandise smell. I tried on garment and outfit after outfit. then, after seeing, feeling and smelling the beige Perry Ellis Portfolio plants and the Polo Association dress-shirt, it claimed me. And that is how my day at Marshall's went. This place has it all. Home furnishings, kitchenware, pet care, clothing, shoes and many more. It attracts a diverse group of peoples. I can hear some speak Spanish, others English and Asian, just to mention the least. the look on their faces as they shop and grab what appears they came for says it all. The cologne, perfume and skin care section is also a favorite past time. All quality brands too. I have enjoyed shopping here for years and each visit never feels dull.

So, today I'm mad at Marshalls. Some little associate girl accused me of using the hairbrushes as per some customer that told her I was. Totally untrue but when I told this chick that she was mistaken she proceeded to tell me I'll transfer Hep C if I use the brushes and leave them for someone else to buy! Lol that's a far stretch and almost impossible. Lice maybe but Hep C is a tough one to get unless you're bleeding all over and clearly I was not. Do your research, youngster. I could tell she refused to believe I didn't run those brushes thru my BRAIDED UP hair so, Marshalls - great job on hiring someone so down for the company but I think I'll start spending my money at Ross. She had no sympathy nor respect for the idea that she and this alleged Karen customer were mistaken and that is just so unfortunate.

What can be said about Marshalls. I guess if you are lucky you get a great deal on something you really don't need. If you are bargain shopper, and want to find some designer bargains look elsewhere. Because, Marshall does give you the awesome deals they ones offered. Marshall continues to bring quality products at lower prices to their consumers. Marshalls has changed for the better, they have updated theirs stores. Making easier to shop!
