Kohl's

Clean, well stocked, organized, with everything clearly marked. Very competitive prices. Handy restrooms. Great staff and lost of free parking. Also has Amazon drop off center. Very nice store.

The store is extremely tidy, always fully stocked, and very efficient. The service is impeccable. The sales associate, Ruth, was extremely kind and helped me find the best deals for the highest quality bedding materials. She helped me save 300 dollars by showing me how to get the best deals and price matching with Kohls online deals.. Most Kohls stores I have been to have been pretty disappointing, but this Kohls is great and I would highly recommend.

I detest Kohl's. The Kohl's in Fort Collins is usually in complete disarray. See attached photo. This was taken on a Thursday morning at eleven. This was not the only display that looked this unkempt. I don't understand why their store always looks ransacked, it doesn't matter what time of day or day of the week. Then let's talk about the 'sales' and so called 'savings'. I hate to tell them but I'd never spend what they consider full price so I don't think I'm ever really 'saving' money. I just want honest prices without a sales pitch. The way they do it just makes me feel dirty, kind of like the store itself. And don't even get me started on Kohl's cash. (Roll of eyes) I try my hardest to stay away but with the limited clothing stores in town it's hard to when you have teenagers.

Worst place to shop at! Managers need to spend less time on their phones and more time doing their job! Watched a very nice young girl try to clear out the men’s fitting room all by herself and this is what it looked like! Manager would come check in on her and tell her to move more quickly. Is this how you treat your employees Kohls? At this point this store just needs to be closed down.

Sara Molina is the best worker at kohls I have ever met. She is incomparable.

I've been trying to submit a compliment to the Store Manager on an associate in Sephora, but never got a response. Sephora is the only reason I shop here, as I've always recieved great service there.

Shopping at Kohl's Fort Collins has been my utmost favorite experience. Staff at the outlet are courteous and very helpful. Items are also well organized in designated areas making it easy for shoppers to navigate and find whatever they are looking for and more. Discount sales at Kohl's are real and very attractive. You also get notifications of sales, and rewards available for use. I was exceptionally thrilled at how much I got in coupons that equal actual amount. I was also wowed that the store sent me reminders to apply the coupons to my shopping before their validity expires. Returns at Kohl's is also hassle free. Kohl's gets my five star any day
