Found some cute things for the teenagers. We had a relaxing, fun experience. Fitting rooms were easily accessible. Good parking with ADA considerations. Friendly staff.

They had a rack with clothes in the middle of an isle that when I went to grab a shirt it almost fell over. The rack was falling apart and unsafe. I brought it to the attention of 2 ladies that worked there and they could of cared less. Not impressed.

Recently found out I'm going to be a grandmother over the moon with excitement. Wanted to get my daughter a beautiful piece of jewelry to celebrate her upcoming birth but was unable to get help due to the counter lady having a conversation that lasted an eternity. I guess conversations are worth more than actual cash. 3-14-23 @ 330pm. The store was completely empty. I was surprised by the lack of customer service

Super helpful associates. The sales going on right now are amazing! Kelli the cashier was very friendly and made me feel important. She complimented my dress choice and took the time to bag it up nicely.

I went in to pick up an online order, that was already paid for, and was still forced to wait 18 minutes in line. What is the point of online orders of you have to wait in line? I was also not greeted, and the employees scattered when I tried to find someone to pull my order. There were no name tags so I can only mention the two associates who responded to the pages. Neither was wearing a name tag, or anyway to identify them as employees. Skylar pulled my order eventually, and with 0 since of urgency, and Kris was called after the line reached 13 customers deep. I will not be shopping here for a long time. The district manager should know that the store is more interested in playing on their phones than helping customers.
There weren't many customers. I had obviously just missed a rush, as the goods were helter-skelter on the shelves and floors. I needed a support garment and had to go through nearly every bra on the display because they were in and out of packaging, haphazardly replaced and all mixed up. The few people who worked there were working to stock shelves and seemed not to have time to reorganize. This workload did not stop them from dropping their task to come help me. I went to three departments and each person made sure I was being helped before racing back to resume their tasks. All were professional and polite and did NOT neglect to offer me the savings for signing up for credit.
Easy shopping , being remodeled inside sometimes it's easier to order online from them as limited quantity of items inside, aka sizes.

The store is smaller but does have a Sophora. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find anything I was looking for given their limited selection. The staff was nice enough when telling me they didn't have anything I was looking for, though.
