I was told to go to a checkout lane because my cart had more than 20 items. So I go to a lane, and this man speed scans all my items. I look over and they're all just sitting there on the counter while I'm still emptying my entire cart. I finally pay and I have to stand there for 5 or more minutes bagging all my groceries MYSELF with ZERO assistance. Why turn people away from self checkout if they have to unload and bag their own groceries anyway?! It took me so long to bag these groceries that 2 OTHER PEOPLE came in line behind me, paid for their items and LEFT while I was still bagging!!!!! (Photo shows 4 reusable bags, FULL of items.) This man didn't lift a SINGLE FINGER to help, despite me frantically trying to get out of everyone's way. Not only such, but the store was NOT busy by any means, yet their cart stalls were all atrociously full (see photo.) You guys must have the easiest jobs in the world, doing NOTHING all day!

Walmart Commerce City Colorado. Excellent place. Great things to choose from for everyday consumers weather itby food, electronics, gift cards, etc.

Pretty decent Walmart. Everything that I was looking for was in stock and easy to locate. I didn't see too many employees, I'm not sure if they are understaffed or I just didn't run into most of them. I was a little concerned about all the cameras but I guess the store has experience thief in the recent past. I just wasn't prepared to purchase reusable bags glad I didn't purchase too much.

I've received ATV that was clearly opened before because in place of the Samsung manual. There's a onn manual for A TV support. The remote was not in the package and has duracell batteries in it which did not come from Samsung. And the batteries are not supposed to be in it during shipping. I paid for a brand new TV not one that has been handled and opened and has scratches on it and handprints all over the screen. Also the delivery driver did not actually deliver the TV to my house. They delivered it to the house next door and next door did? Not accept the TV. Because? They knew it. Wasn't theirs? I had to call the house that I live to get the person inside to get the TV. I told you delivery driver to knock on the door and he did not knock on the right door and didn't even try to knock on the other door. So I am super disappointed and I want a brand new t v because this t v is not brand new and that is what I paid for.

I went in to get one thing. A dress. But the dressing rooms were not open and none of the staff at the store had a key! I'm not biying clothes without trying them and if the store is open there is no good reason why if someone needs the dressing room they can't have someone unlock it. I'm not saying you need to staff it at all times, but if a request to use it is made, someone should have the key.
Benji! You helped me at the self check out when my daughter threw a mascara behind the beverage cooler. I really appreciate you going to get me another one, I'm pretty sure no employee has ever been that nice to me in any type of store. Your behavior really stood out and am still thinking about how helpful you were a day later. Thank you again!!!
Every visit I have made to the Commerce City Walmart has ranged from poor to excellent customer service. My visit on July 22nd, 2023 @ 8 pm was no different. The poor service is varies to different employees. The Excellent service is ALWAYS the same person, the greeter David. He makes me feel welcome as a potential customer coming in, and appreciated when I leave every time he has that post. The 5 star rating is solely for his service.
One of you smaller sizes Walmarts with not very much stock. Never too busy and the staff seem nice and willing to help. I quit using the pharmacy as they seem to be out of stock way more than in stock with some of my prescriptions and could never give me a guaranteed date. This is one of those stores where even if an item says it is stock on the app it would be best to call ahead.
The Quebec location is good especially when using curbside. The staff are always spot on when delivering my items to the car. They Make my shopping experience pleasant. My grade: B+
This store needs major improvements with customer service. It should not take 25 min to have someone do their job and unlock an item that really doesn't need to be locked up to begin with. I have never been to a Walmart who locks up car light bulbs. Plus fix your call button as it doesn't work. Or your workers don't even bother to answer when they are called to an area. Also it's a very sketchy area and there needs to be more security for your parking lot. I shouldn't be approached by pan handlers who are very aggressive if your don't give them anything
