Seems fine like Motor Inns more separate entries outside doors old 2 story bldgs old School favorites for me 👍 only complaint

I've been shopping here for years and I have never had an issue. The self checkout is quick and easy there are a lot of stations. I've always found what I was looking for and, they usually have everything well stocked. They do get busy on occasion. I normally am able to get in and out very quickly.

I was kind of lost but I am from out of town. Found what I needed. Just was surprised at check out they charge for bags. I am sure they will start doing this everywhere before you know it. The bags could be a bit bigger though. To small.

The store is always dirty. Especially the bathrooms. There are never enough checkers. I have a job, and I don't want to work for Walmart bagging my own groceries. There are always 3 to 7 checkers just standing around in the self check out. Put a couple of them at a register, please.

I caretake a Stage IV cancer patient in his final month or two of life. We have not yet started an in home hospice provider which will make getting needed medication easier. But for now it has been a daunting process. The verification process combined with availability and quantity of the medications needed has been amazingly complex and boarder line unbearable. After receiving inaccurate information Again, from medical providers and insurance companies, I stood at the pharmacy register dumbfounded. The clerk patiently and with empathy listened as my frustration, anger, disbelief and feelings of victimization poured out. I did Not yell or become abusive. She listened to me, repeated points I made to make sure she understood me correctly and to let me know she heard what I had said. She talked with the pharmacist then they both came over and talked with me. He, she, they both suggested solutions and helped me pick the best one. But more than that, he educated, informed, and suggested ways that I could navigate through the process of receiving prescriptions from doctors and getting them filled. I was able to get enough of the prescription filled to last us through the weekend and until his appointment. You all were amazing, Thank You!

I received excellent customer service at this location, especially with the electronics department. The team was helpful and had great attitudes. I remember Andrew with the third party Pro Wireless helping me, along with Janie, Tony, and Alyssa. I am very pleased and I will come back to shop here again.

I didn't actually shop in the store but I did want to leave a review for the people that helped me at the service desk. I had a package from Walmart delivered to my house that I didn't order but it had my name on it. I went to this Walmart and the people at the service desk were friendly and were able to explain to me the mixup. I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received.

Customer service at this store is awful. I called to see if I left something there and the phone rang for 3½minutes and no one ever picked up. I tried a different department and same thing happened. The only department that answered was pharmacy and they couldn't transfer me. I finally just went back. It was there but it took them 20 minutes and 4 people to figure out where they put it. This is not the only time I've had issues with customer service.

Employees were great, but the water machine that I came to use to refill my water jugs was not working. I ended up paying for a new gallin, which was about as much as rhe 4 refills I came for. Tactical error, management. Water is essential, Walmart.

This walmart has horrible customer service the lead michelle doesn't wanna help her customers at all is very rude we had bought a pool on clearance and opened it up to find out that it was all moldy and stunk really bad brought it back and they said oh well that's how it is I didn't think walmart sold used items all I was asking for was the same pool for the clearance price michelle stated no and said here's your money back will never shop here again because of Michelle's horrible customer service .
