Walmart Supercenter

I bought an Xbox controller and it was faulty so I brought it back to return and walked right in, didn't wait in line more than 1 minute and got my refund. Everyone was very friendly and it was fast and simple what more could you want. The parking lot kinda sucks but that's more often than not these days and especially in that area.

From Kentucky, visiting friends and cooking for them and needed very ripe bananas. Travis was wonderfully helpful, looking in the back for me, and when he couldn't find any he Googled how to to ripen bananas. It worked, dinner was saved! Over and above employee! ❤️Thanks

Bought items in the ekectronics section. Received help from a nice young man there who knew exactly which isle (letter & number) things were. We were in & out so fast, which was amazing on a Saturday!

I've been a loyal customer for years and it's pathetic that the night crew are so lazy that all they do is stand around and watch people get frustrated at the scanners and when I asked for help because it wouldn't scan my coupon, the guy left me hanging and never came back. How hard is it to help a customer?

Walmart was ok they had pretty bad produce and all their bread expires like the next day. Other than that good.

Overall a good Walmart, but the key making was sub par. Took roughly 15 min for someone who knew how to use the machine to arrive. I understand, and when we got home the key worked but took pliers to remove from the lock.

Went in to buy some items for a party and got most items just fine. I was denied using the MyColorado digital ID when buying alcohol despite the fact that I’ve used it just about everywhere aside from certain bars. I called the store operator who asked around. She was informed it was allowed for returns and alcohol purchases. I asked for the operator’s name so I could use as reference to go in and make my purchase. However, instead of giving me her name she hung up on me. Aside from their associates lack of knowledge on company policy and the rude way the phone operator handled the situation, it was an alright experience.

Store is dirty and the employee was rude and unhelpful. My wife and I are disabled and had to ask for the self checkout person for help. She acted like we were robbing the place because a bottle of finger nail polish didn't ring up which is why we asked for help in the first place. Then a clearance item was $5.00 and she refused to sell it to us for that price.bwe even took her back and showed her several of the exact same item on the clearance rack with the same price tag of $5.00. She said "SOMEONE must have switched the price tags". I said "on all of them"! We just left and won't go back.

We have used our own tote bags for a few years now. But being forced to unload, scan and reload your own groceries.... WITHOUT the aid of the metal bag holders is ridiculous. Takes 2 hands to hold a canvas tote up and open. The metal bag holders are already paid for...PUT THEM BACK! It would speed up getting out of there.

On a positive note, the young man who checked me out was absolutely wonderful! Very kind and most helpful! On the other hand, I'm disabled and needed to use the ladies' room before I headed home. It was CLOSED for cleaning, yet again! I can't tell you how many times that's happened. That's not okay! I had to schlep all the way to the back of the store to relieve myself. Why aren't the facilities cleaned AFTER the store is closed!?! Finally, another recommendation would be that this store should consider that folks trying to get around in the electronic carts have an extremely difficult time navigating the narrow aisles that have been set up, without accidentally moving something or knocking something over.
