I’ll give this a 2 because the woman who helped with my Amazon return was lovely. I came here for the first time today. I wasn’t sure where Amazon Returns were processed, so went to a checkout lane. The lady acted like I was on Mars and told me to go clear to the opposite end of the store (while I’m carrying a box half my size). I said “all the way in the back, huh?” And she replies to me “that’s where it has always been”. I don’t know what kind of customer service you think this is, but I can assure you it isn’t service at all. This was a terrible experience and I won’t be going back. Glad you all think you can survive as a business treating people poorly.
Staff was very helpful. I can't stand pushy sales people trying to stuff my cart. None of that here. Staff was busy doing their restocking and cleaning, nearly oblivious to me. That's okay. I work in a place that pushes their credit cards. Frankly I have better things to do. I can appreciate people actually getting important work done instead of acting like car salesmen. Until I asked for help. I was walked to the item and the conversation was real. Thank you.

This Kohl's store is always clean, neat and well-stocked. The checkout staff is well trained and efficient. Sandy, our checkout person, was excellent. Will shop there again.

Seasonal sales and items availability have been exceptional anytime we've visited this Kohls. The customer service staff members have been professional and very friendly too, and that has been the case for as long as I can recall over the past 8 years. Their sales and clearance prices are good but when I add on their coupons for up to 30 percent off, I often wonder how they even turn a profit anymore...not my problem but definitely will take the savings anytime I can get them. We are grateful that this store is on our commute to and from work!

Always very poor customer service at this location, especially from the older red head lady working in returns. She is awful. I purchased items at this store and the next day the items went on sale and I had a 30% off coupon. I came back the very next day with my receipt to get a price adjustment. I had done the math prior knowing I could get some money back. Kohls also states on their website that they will do price adjustments for in store purchases with the receipt. The red head lady was giving me a hard time so I asked to speak with a manager. The manager said "well we try not to do price adjustments but since we don't have a line, I'll go ahead and do it, but you might end up paying more." She scanned the receipt and said the system wouldn't allow her to do an automatic price adjustment. I told her that I know you can return the items line by line and I can repurchase. She said "well that takes too long but I guess I'll do it this time." I only had 7 items. How ridiculous. Shame on you Kohls for trying not to honor your own policy and not going above and beyond for customers. I was completely within my rights per your policy to receive an adjustment. What a hassle.

I was treated very rudely by the fitting room attendant. She hollered at me three times not to bring the cart in. I left it by the door so I could transfer the clothes to a fitting room. I am operating with one arm and this was the easiest. I then moved the cart. And if this wasn't bad enough I then had to listen to her and a coworker bashing the people they work with. Very unprofessional. I wanted to speak to a manager but was too upset. So I left.

They have converted a good portion of the store to Sephora. I don't usually buy makeup or perfumes,( healtcare worker.) But I wanted a set of trials for travel. I asked and was told they don't have them except for December. She walked off, I turned around and there they were!! Not great service.

They try hard, but this is a 'tired' store that needs revitalization. The lack of customers drives a lack of service employees, driving a lack of customers . Buyers need to adjust the merchandise that the supply to this store to account for its demographics.
