I just got scolded by an employee because the date on my order was wrong. I was on the phone with my doctor trying to amend the situation, and the employee kept snapping at me. Finally, I thought, I don’t want this person near me with a needle. I told her she was mean and yelling at me and walked out. I’ll go to another quest. Life’s too short. I was nervous about this test, and she is very unkind as well as unprofessional.

Went in for a 3:30 pm scheduled appointment on a Friday, checked in at 3:23 and was walking out the door at 3:28. The gal was very nice. Perhaps I came at a good time compared to some of the other reviews, but my experience was effective and perfectly pleasant at this location.

The girl with blue hair is extremely unfriendly. I will never come back to this lab. She did not want to do the test labs cuz I didn’t have my order printed even though I showed her the email from the doctor with the order, and she had a printer right in front of her in the room we talked. Extremely rude!

Had an appointment today at 10am, was seen at exactly 10am. After explaining I was sent here by my doctor for tests as they had trouble with my veins to get enough blood for testing, Mary took the time to actually search for a good vein and wouldn’t poke and poke and poke like some people can do. She was able to find a vein and get three tubes within minutes. 4 hours later and I don’t even see a bruise at all - something I have never experienced with past blood drawing experiences. If ever given the choice, I will be coming here to get my blood drawn every time. One thing to note is they still require masks, but if you forget they are able to provide one!

This is NOT a good location if you need testing. I had the 2nd appointment of the day (7:10am) yet there were 3 people ahead of me when I got there. By the time I got back from getting a donut there were 7 people in the small waiting room with 4 chairs. One man had his mask off and was obviously sick. Stay safe - apparently you or your time just aren't important at this location.

I purchased my lab work through Quest Direct; however the location didn't have the order number in their system. They called customer support who verified my order, but because the employee couldn't find me in their system, I was asked to leave because I was taking up too much of their time.

Most of the reviews are for Ronnie and Ambica. Ronnie seems to no longer be at this location but was amazing and Ambica is too - if you can get her. They've got a new gentleman named Jiro working here now and all I can say is stay away. Jabbed me on the inside of my arm after I'd already been poked two other times and did not immediately remove the needle when I told him it didn't feel right and that it was causing a lot of pain. His response was "okay, let's try the other arm." It's one thing to miss a stick, it is by far another to cause someone pain and then act like they're your personal lab rat. No apologies, nothing. Grabbed my paperwork and left. Arm is still throbbing and I have only had this happen once before with an inexperienced tech that was filling in at this same location. Will not be back!

Got labs here and thought it would take forever but it didn’t. Very efficient handling of numerous patients by one person. She did a great job! I’m a hard stick & she got it on the first try! No bruising either, that almost never happens. Great phlebotomist!

No wait with an appointment. I had a blood test for my job didn't feel the needle at all.

I have been going to this Quest for about a year at this point and couldn't recommend this location more. Ronnie is amazing and there is never a long wait. I definitely prefer driving a little father to go to this location than the Wheat Ridge location as the wait time there is always atrocious due to its location next to Lutheran.
