Health Images at Southlands

Manager is very professional, understanding and responsive, which tells you that these people is not only working hard... no they insist to stay at the top level of customer service and patient satisfaction.

This location is near Olive Garden in southlands mall. The wait was not bad at all, customer service was average. The tech actually doing imaging was below average compared to other locations. Lots of parking spots in parking lot. They are also hiring at health images.

I went in for a scan today, and my experience from the front desk to the end of the scan was amazing! Sara at the front desk was so kind and professional, and my tech Dustin was very assuring and made what is an uncomfortable experience for us semi-claustophobes as relaxing as can be! I have gotten other scans here, and while one time I had to wait, they had been on time for the other scans. Also, I've never had a problem getting ahold of reception, which is a rarity!

My son fractured his wrist, and the pediatrician sent us over to HealthOne for an x-ray. I tried scheduling an appointment, but I was told the clinic had walk-in hours at that time. I was sure I would be waiting forever, but our wait was short, and the x-ray tech was efficient and kind, and she took the x-ray quickly. I would also like to note that the front desk people were absolutely awesome. The clinic became very busy right as we entered, and I know the front desk people had to be stressed. They were taking calls and helping the people in the waiting room non-stop. It seemed like they couldn't catch one moment to relax. However, these employees never lost their tempers. They remained calm, polite, and friendly the entire time. They are exemplary employees. I was very impressed with them and the clinic.

This facility is fantastic! Always so friendly and helpful. Clean facility, easy to access and short wait times. Imaging records are easy to access through their online portal and should you need disc copies or printed reports they are quick, free and simple to obtain. This is my go-to company and location for imaging!

Awesome experience. Ladies were very helpful, and accommodating. Very clean office, my son was very comfortable, in and out! Staff very personable, and engaging. Thank you, I believe the lady at the front desk was Jane. She was very engaging, helpful, and super nice.

I have always had a positive experience at Health Images and love all my imaging where I can access all my scans in one place.

I don't wish for anyone the reasons why I've had to be here twice in one month, but I was happy to go the second time because they are so nice. On that occasion I didn't have an appointment and only waited about 10 minutes to be taken back for a neck x-ray. It's a new office with comfortable chairs, a TV, drinks and snacks! I might just show up & pretend to wait! The front desk is outstanding, professional and friendly, super fast at checking and explaining insurance. I stopped by for copies of my MRI, one taken at another office, and it was done while I waited, only a couple minutes even though I didn't call before, I just showed up. There are nice changing rooms with lockers for your stuff, so you don't have to worry about anyone stealing your phone or the last $12.00 you have. Everything was sparkling clean. I accidentally left in my hearing aids and tremble due to a medical condition, but the technicians were kind and patient with me. I like the convenience of the office at Southlands, because I live nearby and it's a good excuse to browse at the bookstore. Other patients chatted and joked with all the staff, it's a good place to go. Thank you!

Easy process to make an appointment - Health Images called me to setup a time shortly after my doc ordered the x-ray. I was able to get in on the same day as the order. Front Desk staff was friendly and efficient. X-ray tech was very nice and professional. Very good experience.

I needed an appointment for X-rays done on my back and hand at any of the Health Images offices. There was an office close to my doctor's so while sitting in the parking lot I filled out the online forms, which were refreshingly short and concise. I then called to make an appointment and was able to get one within about 30 minutes. After arriving at their offices, I had to call from outside to let them know I had arrived. I was informed that because of the current health concerns it would be a few minutes before I could come in for my appointment. After short wait I was called back and they told me to come in. Everyone was very friendly and surprisingly the paperwork I had to fill out consisted of a few signatures and initials, instead of my past experiences of redoing all of the forms of I had already completed online, then another brief wait and I was called back to have my x-rays done. The whole experience was shorter than the time it has taken me to write this review. And the results sent back to my doctor very quickly and her recommendations were sent to me briefly after that. Let me finish by saying from past experiences I would have had to wait at least a couple of days for the results to been sent back to my doctor. Thank you Health Images for making my day! Randy
