    Staff member had her mask under her nose. I didn't care but pretty much useless. Then she lost the vein in one arm. Moved to the other for the second tube of blood. I went home with the WORST HEMATOMAS I've ever had in my life. Go somewhere else. Seriously.

    Staff member couldn't remember basic health details or if she had already asked my name and date of birth. She had... a couple minutes prior. She didn't accurately document my waist measurements and wasn't going to account for me wearing shoes with heals in my height measurement. I wouldn't trust any results coming from this clinic.

    I went in for a routine lab and I wanted to state how professional and amazing the woman was in there that helped me today. I did not get her name which I鈥檓 sad about but her qualifications are beyond my expectations and I walked out of there truly happy.

    had blood work done in 8/2022. gave all my insurance info 5 months later bill has not been paid. i have had to do all the leg work. call my insur. they said it's has not been coded correctly.

    Incompetent workers. Waited beyond my scheduled time. ( plus other grievances) They called several times after my visit that day, didn't leave a message or address who they were. Tried to call back several times only to be met with no answer and a voicemail box that was too full to accept a new voice-mail. Totally unacceptable for a medical operation.

    Convenient, but useless, since their "walk in" appointments require you to schedule an appointment, and come back, which I did. I was pre registered and all. Next time I thought I would get around that by scheduling online. Showed up at their designated appointment time to be told I didn't have an appointment. I was told to schedule an appointment. They weren't busy, so I did. It gave me the next appointment time after the 1 I had scheduled online ( 10 minute increments). Not going back. I'll tell the Dr to use LabCorp or someone else. Maybe if the weren't so rude I'd rethink, but no, elsewhere looks fine.

    It takes them for ever to get the pregnancy test result 馃槨 My pregnancy might be critical because I had miscarriage before , the doctor needs the results soon so they start me on progesterone.. How hard is it to give the pregnancy results ? It takes less than one hour in different clinics

    The associate admitted they he had a cold, he was coughing and and sniffling. He touched his face with his bare hands which he also used to handle my paperwork and credit card. He did use gloves while carrying out the blood draw though. I did not like the experience because I do not want to get sick. I suggest the company implement rules so sick technicians should not work there until they are better. Everything else about my experience was fine though.

    Waited 30 minutes (despite having an appointment) only to be told that for my specific test they need doctor's orders. No where on the website does it say that. It only says that COVID Anti-body testing require a doctors notes. Please update the website it is an extreme inconvenience especially because Quest is only open 8a-5p.
