    Came in during business hours. Requisition said no appt required. Door was locked, she said they didn鈥檛 have time, told me to make an appt another day. Left work early to get there, unable to come back during open hours for several days

    Never left a review for a drug screen. But the drug screen results took nearly 3 weeks , knocking me down 5 spots In seniority , and almost leaving me between jobs for a week. There is no excuse for results to take nearly a month. Espically pre-employment , do not go here.

    The reviews are not a mistake. After making an appointment online, the staff member glanced at my check in status and told me I would need to make an appointment for what I needed done, after relaying that I had selected a drug screening and could not select multiple reasons for the appointment, she told me Id have to do it again and try tomorrow. The testing I need is for urgent onboarding for work and I was met by utter complacency and contempt. If this is your only option in town it's incredibly unfortunate.

    The appointment system is broken, it doesn't matter if your good at time management they will still see someone late and they will take you after them.The current lady is really rude and petty and had an attitude towards patients. Sad we dont have other options in the area if we did Id go elsewhere.

    My husband is handicapped and used a motorized cart to get to the Quest located in Safeway. He needed the door opened & held to enter, both staff workers were at their computers their backs to the door. It would be helpful if there was a door bell outside of the entrance as a very needed convenience for the handicapped.

    Wish i could leave a -4 star. Went to do a drug screen and there were six other urine cups still sitting in the door. Interesting? How many careers did that ruin? Could have ruined mine as it was a federal background check. Couldn't take my phone into the bathroom to take a picture, but what?

    My insurance company made me use this company instead of using my normal doctor. Do not recommend them I have a bruise 3 inches by 1 1/2 inches right where the blood was drawn from. Never had any issues with normal blood draw place. If I knew how to put pictures on here I would.

    I had no experience with labs before my visit here. Before I had my blood draw, I asked the person how much it was going to cost, her reply was she didn't know. NOT ONCE did she explain how much I could potentially be billed by Quest. I got a $1200 + bill from Quest that my insurance will not cover because they are out of network and ANTHEM will not use them. I also found out that they are the most expensive lab in Grand Junction. I went to LabCor for my second round of blood draws and before they did anything, THEY EXPLAINED the charges! DO NOT EVER USE QUEST, THEY ARE PREDATORY!

    Samma was amazing. She talked me thru what was happening and made the whole atmosphere feel like home. The environment was Immaculate and the only complaint. I have is the pictures hanging on the walls should rotate more 馃槉

    Staff was extremely rude and unaccommodating. After being told I could walk in for an appointment I was rudely told that they only take appointments. After getting online to make an appointment there were no appointments available for a week. I will not have bloodwork done here in the future. Terrible customer service.
