    I took my Nissan Rogue to the dealership for my “scheduled maintenance”. They told me I needed $1475 in additional CRITICAL services. I took my vehicle to Scottys for a second opinion and Johnny Jerome went through the diagnostics and found the only thing I needed was to have my fluids topped off (which I asked the dealership to do during my maintenance appointment). Before I picked up my vehicle, Johnny ran it through the car wash and had it vacuumed out for me, free of charge. Thank you Johnny and Scottys! You have a customer for life!

    The employees at Scotty’s were all very nice and also very capable of providing quality work. Our exhaust system needed help as it was leaking fumes into our cab and they were able to trouble shoot the issue and fix it in less than half a day. They got our truck in very quickly and worked around our schedule easily.

    I dropped my car off in the morning and had it fixed and returned to me by 3pm. They didn’t push services or extra work on me, as I have an older vehicle, but only addressed the most concerning issues with my car. I feel very comfortable taking my car back when I’m ready for more repairs!

    They were fairly fast, they explained everything and made the necessary a/c repairs competently. Afterwards, I went across the street for an oil change and they were done in less than 20 minutes. Throughout the entire process, I was treated with courtesy and respect. I would definitely go back!

    The care center was pretty backed up when I dropped off my CRV for repair, but that is hardly their fault. I dropped it off and called a week later and they said they were getting to it that day. Once it was repaired, they called me quickly and I had my car back. Thanks guys!!

    I dropped my car off at 8 am and used their shuttle service to get home. I was called when my car was ready and picked up by their shuttle service. Everyone was pleasant and professional. My car was given a thorough inspection and tires were rotated. I’m taking a long road trip and feel my car is now in perfect shape for the trip. Thanks to all at Scotty’s!

    I’ve been goin to Scotty’s for my lube service for years. One of the techs made note I was developing a slight coolant leak. So I decided to get my car in to get it takin care of. First time using the Care Center side. Very satisfied with Rick and the work they did. I’ll go back if I need Anything else takin care of.

    In June I took my car into Scotty's to have my starter replaced. While they had my car it was involved in an accident. Scotty's said that an employee bumped it moving vehicles around. When I got there the damage was a lot more than a bump. In fact the body shop slipped and said that is was involved in an accident. Scotty's said they would take care of any issues that are a result of the accident. The cosmetic damage was fixed. The car needed an alignment that never happened. The steering column makes a clunking noise now going over bumps. When we reached out to Scotty's they said they would fix it. They had to order the part that would take a few weeks to get. When we picked up the car the guy said it still made some noise but it was the best they could do with a used part. They replaced it with a used part that is just as bad as before. This car never made a noise before they wrecked it. Now it makes a lot of clunking noises and I am embarrassed to drive my car because of Scotty's. I will not go back to them for anything. I used to go to them for everything I needed. I would not recommend this shop. As a result of them damaging my car messed up, they took $20 off the total for the starter replacement, and haphazardly fixed the other damage.
