Big Lots

Ash gave us the best costumer service I ever had today. We spent over an hour with her and the entire time she was friendly and outgoing. On top of that she made sure we got the very best deal possible checking the difference from military discount to the rewards coupons. At the end she even walked us out and helped us load everything in the car. Thank you Ash, you are amazing!!!

Went to check out Halloween decor. Friendly staff, and everything from furniture to snacks.

I'd only been to a couple other Big Lots(!) (tee hee) stores before- one is very cluttered and another in Cheyenne. I don't mind cluttered if it allows for serendipitous finds as long as it's clean. It's in an older building but it's clean as was the one in Cheyenne but this one is far and above regarding cleanliness. The store is very organized as well, at least in what I've looked for. Big Lots is kind of a funny store for some things like cosmetics because sometimes there's a huge selection of decent drugstore brands just heaped together (see above - serendipitous), sometimes quite orderly. I've purchased some now and then and it always seems authentic- I know sometimes customers are concerned about counterfeits. There's usually a good stock of certain foods I really like; some I'm not sure where to buy otherwise except online. Some things are hit or miss. I skip OTC meds, etc- I've read Consumer Reports enough to be hesitant. I don't think I've ever found toiletries- I don't use drugstore for them but I've bought toiletry adjacent and they've been fine. Check the prices on everything to be sure you're getting a good deal. I've looked at housewares but I've never bought any. Staff and management are helpful and respectful at this location but not all.

I found exactly what I was looking for at prices I was able to afford. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Went in for a couple of items and $80 later I'm done. I just can't stay away. Great staff, too!

Was looking for Soul food seasoning. Was told by store on Wadsworth, that this store had in stock...item to be discontinued.

Had a blast shopping they have everything I miss the one that used to be by me at 80th Sheridan

This is a nice Big Lots. I wonder sometimes if customers move things around and place items in the wrong places because it's a discount store so they just don't care. When we visited, there were a lot of things obviously out of place. I am sure the employees take care of these items as time allow but if it's busy, they have customers to check out and other things to do. It was busy that day... Lots of children running around too . That's no reflection on the store, just makes me less likely to blame the store for items all over the place

Did my shopping. It was pretty slow in the store. Sliwly ambled my way thru the loopy, loop to the checkout. Lanes 1&2 where open with the last, closest manned, but not open. 2 other checkers were chatting at register 1. Made my wzy slowly toward them. The other eomen at the unopen register moved to the 2 chatting checkers to make three talkative traders. I waited about 1.5 minutes in between registers 1 and 2. None of three acknowledged me nor helped me, so I dumped my cart and left. I just don't have patience for workers not helping customers any more. My time is also valuable. 3 employees and none of them interested in even acknowledging me with a, "be with you in just a moment."When I was smiling at them...

Shea was super helpful and got us exactly what we needed in a timely fashion.
