Family Dollar

Absolutely love Family Dollar, and this location specifically due to great staff and management. The cashier, Rob, was very pleasant and the store manager, Allen, takes genuine care in his staff and guests. Allen also went above and beyond to help me bring my bags to my vehicle! 5/5 experience 👍

They got this store in shape and organized opposed to other family dollars I've been in. The two guys Allen and the other cashier were polite and very helpful. Thanks guys keep up the great work! -Danielle-

All redone! Looks like the Family Dollar superstore. Have to get used to it, or maybe go more often. But a good change. Two friendly gents that greeted you when you walked in and walked out, very nice. Organization needs a little help, but it's the family dollar.

The employees there are so helpful and nice. However, I did buy my husband some camo shorts and I got home and they were not in my bags. Hope that i can bring my receipt and pick up the camo shorts or get my money refunded. Thanks Shannon

The store has a lot of great deals. The last couple of times I've been to this location I was pleased to find some of the most friendly and helpful staff.

Every time I come here they are closed. Hours say til 10pm. The staff is rude. The inside smells like a broken sewer pipe. Its absolutely the most filthiest store. Tonight its 5pm and its closed. They should close this location down. It is really horrible.

Only place that closes during regular hours to unload their truck. Call ahead to make sure they have the door unlocked! Or youll get there expecting them to be open at 9am on monday, just to find a 3 word sign saying "unloading truck sorry"

Every once in awhile I like to drop by Family Dollar and see their seasonal decorations. However today I was there and I heard the manager on duty yell off the top of her head at one of the employees. The employee got very upset and left in tears. Why would a manager of a store go off the wall yelling and screaming at this employee while customers are in the store. I even told one of the employees that that manager was crazy or something. Then she was shocked as I was checking out to know that the employee left and left the keys. She couldn't believe she had just walked off the job. This was very very uncalled for on the part of that manager. They need to replace her because if she can go off the wall and start yelling and screaming saying she can't handle all this by herself she needs help. She is not a qualified manager of a store. All I ask is that if there is anyone else capable of being a manager of that store please replace this crazy manager. I will never walk in that store again she scared me half to death.

Went in today (9/16) and while the clerk was very nice, the manager on duty (some old dude) was extremely rude. He wasn't rude to me but was to the clerk. It was clear he did not want to be there. If you don't like your job, find another one.

While the staff is friendly the store is not very clean, even my 5 year old kept saying this store is dirty mom. Although the cashier was friendly see was so busy complaining about her job that she rang up one of my items wrong and I did not notice until I got home. I will no longer be shopping at this location.
