Family Dollar

This place is horrible. It's dirty, unorganized, management is unhelpful, they talk awful about people behind their back. High employee turnover. They just can't keep people employed because of hostile work environment. I do not recommend this sore at all!!

I went in on a Sunday afternoon. I was greeted by the girl at the register. I was able to find all the items on my list including a particular pair of headphones. As I chatted with the same girl at the register, I could see she was working hard. $he said $he was the only one there & hadn't had a min to he's the restroom- I told her to go on ahead and I would watch the store. She was th@nkful and ran to the ladies room and back. I was happy to do it. Before checking out I inquired about a particular color headphones and she happily went and retrieved them from back$rock. Overall a pleasant shopping experience.

The workers have always been great except for a lady Sophia who works there now. For 2 yrs my husband and I faithfully shopped there every month for all of our household items, always spending no less than $100. One day she called the police on us and accused us of shoplifting, just out of the blue! The police put my husband’s brother face down on the pavement and searched him. They then searched my husband and myself. Of course they found nothing. We then STILL spent over $100 dollars and Sophia was saying to the police we probably didn’t have enough on our credit card. It was insane and so disrespectful!! Also so confusing because we don’t understand why. We are an interracial couple so maybe she is prejudiced?? Idk.. we’ve tried on other occasions to shop there as we live a half block away and it is convenient, however when she is working she kicks us out. So sad and hateful. They lost some good customers that’s for sure!!

I like the location, the things I usually need like some food and household appliances are always low priced. The service is always friendly, it's one of my favorite places to shop.

It's 838 and the story was closed and it's shouldn't have closed tell 10pm change you dam hours if your going to close at 8pm

Paul the cashier was great. Patient helpful and friendly. The manager I suppose, Chelle, not so much.

I like the customer service. They r very friendly the store​ needs to be cleaned and i dont like that they dont let u use the restroom im very ill and to just stop and go find a restroom not good

Sell you more than what is priced! Bad costumer service. Talk back and bad to you. Never have nothing don't go.
