What a lousy store. Home two days sick, like really sick. Visited urgent care on a Thursday morning 9:00. Rx submitted to this pharmacy. confirmed receipt by phone. Told it would be a couple of hours. Day passes, no notification, call around 4:00 to hear that it wasn’t in the system but that they did see it held at some obscure, out of state military base. Called the urgent care to resubmit. Walgreens confirmed receipt, same story, a full day goes by with the pharmacy saying they could see the scrips and that they’d be filled any minute. Day closes no Rx. Next day, angry I call the store and get the pharmacy manager who informs that, “oh no, our system has been screwed up, but our customer service reps are in remote call centers and don’t know details of each specific store” in other words the call center had no relevant information to tell me but didn’t both to even tell me that. seriously ridiculous and totally unacceptable given this is about the worst I’ve felt in years, I paid $300 for the urgent care visit and have had to mostly fight this bug without the help of Walgreens meds. The scrips are now with a different Walgreens. Fingers crossed. This store and perhaps the entire Walgreens system appear not to be what they’ve been in the past. Maybe try CVS.

Absolutely rude pharmacy staff. You ask about a perscription your doctor sent over weeks ago and they treat you terribly and don’t help you figure out how to fill it. Don’t go here! I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Terrible experience. Scheduled a rapid covid test. Called to let them know I was there. Waited 40 minutes in the parking lot- I called back to see how much longer. The tech then told me she had no idea we were out here waiting. No one took my name or anything. Mary took my test- she was wonderful. I digress. I was supposed to have the test results in 2-24 hours. It’s now 24 hours later and I have no results. I’ve been on hold for 54 minutes to speak to someone from the pharmacy and still haven’t been able to be put through. Walgreens is the absolute worst.

I have given this pharmacy a lot of understanding, knowing that most places are facing staff shortages. But they don't ever do it right. So many times they haven't had my prescription ready in a timely manner, or said it was ready when it wasn't, or cancelled a vaccine appointment without warning. Even my doctor, when she saw which pharmacy I had listed, said, "That pharmacy is the worst." I'm not wasting my time with them again.

FYI, all calls made to this specific pharmacy are automatically transferred to a random call center. You will never actually reach anyone at the location, so don't waste your time calling. They are so understaffed new policy is to simply not answer the phone. You're welcome.

Best photo service I’ve ever had at a Walgreens. I needed 16 mouse pads as gifts. All the other Walgreens within a day or two of receiving my order would reject it. (When I called the stores that rejected my order they said they did not have enough mouse pads to fill the order) So I called this Walgreens and explained what happened and they went above and beyond and ordered a lot of mouse pads so that they could do my order. They held the order in the system because the system normally rejects if they haven’t done it within three days. They came out great. A Shout out to Ding and James for outstanding service. This will be my photo go to from now on.

Just your average Walgreens. Nice selection and nice prices. Has most things you might need on hand. The place is clean as well. Good place to go for snacks or other random household needs you might need.

This place is a joke. I made an appointment to get a rapid covid test and they had me on hold half my wait to let them know I was here.. took them 25 minutes after my scheduled time. I ended up just leaving. APPOINTMENTS ARE MADE FOR A REASON WE DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO WAIT AROUND FOR YOU TO DO YOUR JOBS

This pharmacy is an absolute disaster when it comes to handling prescriptions. Every time my doctor's have sent over a prescription, they somehow don't receive all, or any of them. If you call you are left on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes and then they pick up and hang up on you. They have even done this to the pharmacy I've been trying to get my prescriptions transferred to. They have blatantly refused to transfer them at the request of the new pharmacy due to the fact that "they don't have time and are too short staffed". This has been ongoing for 4 weeks at this point. Due to their refusal to transfer and refusal to speak with people I filed a formal complaint against this pharmacy thru their corporate office. I highly suggest more people do this, you will get a case number and people in corporate will look into the claim. They are becoming negligent in their refusals to allow people to transfer their medication. I will not fill another prescription here giving them a single cent of my or the insurance companies money. They have basically refused me access to much needed daily medication unless I use them to refill. They can easily send someone to the ER or worse by their refusals.
