I wrote originally how slow they were. Then I bothered to ask the gentleman helping me what was the situation? He told me his helper called off. He was actually the pharmacist and fulfilling every role they had that day. Filling RX, helping people at the regular window, helping people at the drive up window, and answering the phone. I immediately felt bad for the review I wrote about this one man trying to do it all. And he wasn’t even complaining, he wasn’t trying for sympathy. This is unacceptable for him. Walgreens can afford to pay more staff so if you have one person call out sick, the business can still run. I hope for his sake he looks elsewhere to work where he’s not dealing with this. The original ignorant post: I’ve sat in line at the drive thru as the car at the window now for 15 minutes while no one has even acknowledged me. There’s one person working on a Saturday. Now they finish and are helping someone else who got there after me. Still no acknowledgement.

Well I must give credit when credit is due. No one was online and my prescription was delivered immediately without any incident. All that being said I only gave them 4 stars because this is not my consistent experience. It’s usually the same as the 1 star comments before mine. But today happened to be good!

Pharmacy is incredibly slow, but its not the workers that make it that way. They are incredibly understaffed. The person running the counter is often also running the drive thru. Be prepared for everything to take twice as long as it would at a normal pharmacy.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not send your prescriptions to this pharmacy. The lines when you go to the pharmacy will take 45-60 mins. Some of the pharmacy technicians aren’t sure of what they are doing and rather stay in the back talking about nonsense to the pharmacist than take care of the customer (hence the long waits). Attempting to call this pharmacy as a patient is completely upsetting. You will be on hold even if you call right when they should “come back from lunch”. I have been on hold for over 2 hours just to have a female technician pick up, not say anything, then put you on hold to ultimately have your call automatically terminate. If they are understaffed, they’re also incompetent. Save yourself from the hassle of the poor service and avoid this pharmacy at all costs!

Dependability is pretty key for a pharmacy and this place lacks it completely. They are regularly “short-staffed” with signs in the drive thru and inside. I’ve been in line inside for 20 minutes already and there isn’t even anyone working the desk, so the line just gets longer. Highly recommend using ANY other pharmacy.

I can’t with this place anymore. My Dr sent in a script 5 days ago (which was too early to fill) and so I cancelled the order (I’ve done this many times.) On the horrid app, it said it was still “cancelling” which makes it impossible to to request a new order. I called today to see what was the issue and the girl DELETED MY ENTIRE SCRIPT! It wouldn’t be so bad but my Dr is 85% retired and nearly impossible to catch him to get my script refilled. I suffer from 24/7 vertigo, this medication takes the edge off and I have 1 day left. Thanks a bunch guys.

I went to the pharmacy for my Covid booster and left my sweater in the little room where you get your shot. Instead of keeping it or calling me to let me know, they threw it in the trash can where they throw away their gloves and alcohol wipes! I went back the very next day and when I asked about it the lady was so rude to me. I followed her to the room, she picks it up out of the trash can, shakes it off and practically throws it at me. What ever happened to kindness. They couldn’t set it aside for 24 hours to see if someone would claim it?

This pharmacy has one of the most disrespectful staff I have had to deal with, even the store manager was awful. You could tell them exactly what they’re about to see on your profile and they would still get it wrong, I would honestly leave a 0 star review if I could. If you need to talk to them over the phone it’s even worse. I understand being understaffed but when you’re made to feel like inconvenience for needing to talk with someone/being confused about what is happening, that is when it is just plain disrespectful on their part.

Ellen Narinsky is the rudest pharmacist we have ever encountered. I've been using this Walgreens for my families prescriptions for 4 years now. Ever since my first interaction with her, she has always been rude. Even worse when your on the phone with her. We have been trying to get my husband's rx filled for 6 days now through the automated service, I finally got fed up and called to speak with a person about not getting the rx filled. I called, she answered and said she will have rx ready by tomorrow. I called the next day (we still haven't recived email confirmation) to see what time we could pick up rx, she straight up said she won't fill it till Monday and gave me some lies about the whole situation. We are never filling our scripts here again. I'd rather drive a few extra miles to the pharmacy on foxfield to get better customer service. They were able to fill his script in less than an hour. Goes to show how one rude and horrible person can bring the whole place down.

I had an issue getting my son's Rx filled for my son from the pharmacy I normally use due to all of the current shortages. I was left scrambling at the last minute to find a pharmacy that had his medication. I don't normally use Walgreens due to past issues with separate locations. I needed his medication urgently, so I called around and talked to the pharmacy at this Walgreens location. They were able to fill his Rx in a timely manner. Thank you so much for all of your help!
