Been here for over 30 mins. I was the only person here at the drive thru. With 0 people at the counter. No help for 8 mins. Then a customer walked up to the counter she helped him and then a 2nd customer after that. Still no help at the drive thru. Now I can't get my script until the morning because I am a night nurse. This was the worst experience I have ever had at walgreens pharmacy

This pharmacy is truly the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are chronically understaffed or so it seems. A few my ago my husband came home from surgery with prescriptions to be filled. I took them over to this pharmacy and asked to wait while they were being filled. I got a sob story about how busy and understaffed they were and couldn’t have it until 6 hours later. I was under the impression that we had to use them per our insurance. When I came back, six hours later, they did not have one drug in stock. I asked why they didn’t call and was told that they were too busy. Today I went to pick up my husband’s rescue inhaler and the pharmacy was closed. The cashier at the front desk said he guessed the pharmacist didn’t make it in. I asked to speak to the manager and she said that the pharmacist was at lunch. I am done with this pharmacy and am transferring all of my prescriptions somewhere else. There is no customer service at this pharmacy

I have been trying to get a prescription filled since March. Finally was told call other Walgreens to see if they can fill it. The first Walgreens I called said they could not fill it but could tell me what locations could. That Walgreens also pulled the prescription and sent it over to the one that could and it was ready in 90 mins. I guess the Walgreens pharmacy on Broadway and HR parkway likes to keep everything for themselves instead of helping people.

Tech couldn't get insurance to work so after 30 mins paid without insurance 20x the cost of my copay. Called next day and after he answered and I started speaking he put me on back hold without saying anything. Sat on hold with one caller ahead of me suddenly. They never picked back up again. Will find a new pharmacy. Horrible service.

Terrible customer service. I was trying to do a simple return. The cashier had trouble processing my return and instead of finishing the transaction, she took the next customer in line and told me she would take care of my return next. The person she was taking care of had trouble with their payment so I’m waiting for them to resolve that issue. I spot someone in the photo department and I ask the cashier if I could do my return at the photo register, she says yes. So I take my return to photo and as soon as I head over, the person behind the counter spots me, which looked like the supervisor, and quickly walks away into the back room and so I push the photo button. It rings 3 times and no one comes to the counter so I have to go back to the front register. The original cashier still has a difficult time processing my return and the supervisor walks up and sees her struggling but does absolutely nothing to help. It takes awhile for the cashier to figure it out, but eventually I get my return. It was a very frustrating experience especially because no one was willing to help the struggling cashier who said she was new. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this store after this since I’ve had several bad customer service experiences in the past.

Horrible waste of my time. Tonight on April 24th, they yold me they would fill a prescription and it would take 30-40mins. Because I drive 10 mins to get Tobago’s location, I waited. When I went back to the window to pick up my prescription, after waiting 40 mins, they told my they didn’t have that medicine and would take 2 days to get. The best part is the pharmacist on duty had zero interest in providing me any viable solutions other than I can call the doctors office in the morning. This location doesn’t care about time and business.

“Open 24 hours” my posterior. Terrible to falsely advertise with such duplicitous blatant false advertisement. Bring us CVS pharmacies out here to whip these lying tyrants into place.

Ordered our Christmas cards to be sent and printed here. We were told they'd be done quickly (within 24 hours). Arrived and the photo place was an utter mess. Customer's photos were scattered all over the place. Most orders were half printed, just sitting in stacks on the counters. The area was run by someone that, while friendly, didn't seem to have a single clue how to do customer support, and looked like he just woke up and came to work in whatever he slept in. When we asked on the status of our order, the manager, who was trying to help, looked up our order, then asked the man where the cards were since they should be done, the man asks "well what color are they". How is this a valid way to run a photo printing business? You should have order codes on things so you know who's is who's. Don't go by color, that's how you get the wrong product delivered to the wrong people. It quickly became clear both the manager and the employee were clueless as to the state of our order, and seeing as we were one of 5 people waiting for our orders, I said enough was enough. I was so disgusted by the whole experience we walked out, never paid for the order, and we'll take our business to Staples. Sure Walgreens has cheep printing, but sometimes you get what you pay for.

If I could put less than one star I would. Customer service is always awful. The workers are rude and unkind every time my husband or I go in. Plus Very slow service. They will tell you come back at a certain time and they will have your order ready but not once has that been the case. In fact this last time they told us that when we got back at the stated time they told us to come upon arrival they said they didn’t have any of the medication. If I try calling they will have you on hold for half hour + and then disconnect you. Very unprofessional. Hands down worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been too.

This pharmacy is terrible. My new insurance company says this is the only pharmacy in the area that can provide a 90-day supply of the prescription that my wife needs. I have now been on hold for an aggregate of 2 hours over 4 calls trying to transfer the prescription and each time after I have been on hold for at least 20 minutes, the phone gets disconnected. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
