I am thankful that I sent travel vaccinations to this store and was surprised by how genuinely helpful the pharmacist was, despite this being the first time I visited the store. The pharmacist, Will, went out of his way to help my locate a store that carried the JE vaccination and helped me schedule the second round of shots for my children. He even followed up with a phone call to clarify when the shots would be delivered. Excellent customer service all around.
4 visits and 5 phone calls to simply get my medicine. Called around to see which pharmacy had my meds. Walgreens said they did. Visited and they said it needs to be slightly different. They said they would call my doctor to work it out. They never did. I called and had it changed. Once changed I went back and they didn't have the medicine they said they had. 3 days later they got the medicine. I called at 3:30pm and they confirmed it would be ready by 5pm. I am here at 7:44pm and they still have NOT filed the medicine. Worst experience
The pharmacy is completely unprofessional. We were visiting from out of town, and needed urgent prescriptions for a family member experiencing pulmonary symptoms related to a chronic condition that was being worsened due to altitude sickness. The hospital called the prescriptions in to this location. We arrived around 8am when they opened, we were told “oh yeah, you can’t trust the times listed on the website or signs, the pharmacy doesn’t open until 9am”. We waited an hour, no stress things happen and we could get the medication in an hour. A little after 9am, we were told the pharmacy staff actually couldn’t come in until 10:30am. No staff at all were in, not just one person expecting an emergency or something, the pharmacy was fully closed. We left to go to another pharmacy at that point, taking away more time from our trip and delaying my family members access to their medications. This was very upsetting and unprofessional behavior for a pharmacy owned by such a large chain. I understand things come up, but the communication and professionalism was lacking from the pharmacy from the moment we arrived.
Incompetent and unprofessional staff. Gave me the entirely wrong prescription today. Unable to fill the time sensitive medication that I am needing. Never has prescriptions ready on time— often have to wait 4-5 days for it to become available. Avoid this place at all costs.
The young lady at the front couldn't have been more upset I was there to add money to my card. She rolled her eyes at every thing she did and was extremely passive aggressive to the point I felt like I had to say something. Please replace this young lady before I come back to reload my card. Worst experience ever.
After my son walked there five times to get his anti-seizure meds and was finally told 3 weeks to get his meds, Will in pharmacy stepped in, called agencies and sat on phone for nearly 30 minutes on his behalf to get it all straightened out. There are some folks out there in this industry that are worth their weight in gold. Thank you Will!!
Really Walgreens I get a topical cream with hair and lint in it? So gross! Do better please this pharmacy is a nightmare

Some of the kindest pharmacy staff that I've dealt with and that is too many to mention. This is a good Walgreens.....they don't accept Bitcoin yet but hopefully soon.

I've been on hold for over 30 minutes. The staff is generally pretty professional. But this is absolutely ridiculous. And not the first time this has happened. I'm sure they're understaffed like many pharmacies right now. But someone should at minimum pick up the phone. Or I'd be happy to leave a message. Something.
This is the only Walgreens in the Littleton/HR area that I will go to. Every other pharmacy seems to be incompetent with super long lines, not enough staff, and/or poor customer service, but this pharmacy has never failed me. They’re quick to fill medication, they’re polite, and if they have a line, they work through it quickly. So glad I finally found a Walgreens pharmacy that doesn’t make me want to pull my hair out.
