These guys are great - I had my PC repaired at the Geek Squad and they were fast and didn’t try to upsell me. I have the Best Buy Total plan and they didn’t even charge me for labor. Super satisfied and impressed.
So I bought a TV online during Cyber Monday for in-store pick up at this location. We picked it up in store and they wouldn’t let us “test” it out to make sure it wasn’t damaged and working properly despite the fact that the box was slightly beat up. But the real problem begins when we get it home to find out the TV is completed busted, it turns on but the screen is completed broken/shattered. Naturally, we take it back up to the store only to be told that they can’t process an exchange or a return/refund because there’s no way of knowing “who broke the TV.” They begin questioning what kind of car we used to transport the TV, how we positioned it in the vehicle, etc. to find something we did personally to put the blame on. No one was outright rude but I would say that being accused of destroying a product I paid $250 for wasn’t the best customer service experience. In the end, we called customer support and received a pre-paid return label so that we could ship it back to Best Buy and receive our refund. Overall, I will never be buying from Best Buy again for anything when I could literally go to Target or Amazon and get the same deal and not be accused of destroying my purchase when I get a damaged item.

To all readers, I urge you to consider my review carefully before making any purchases from Best Buy, especially the Longmont, CO location. My fiancé and I had an upsetting experience with the General Manager there, which has left us out of pocket and without a working TV. We bought a $1600 TV, which we drove the short distance home (.9 miles, driving 3 minutes to be exact) and immediately set up. However, upon turning it on, we noticed a thick white line across the screen. We returned the TV to the store only an hour later, but despite our complaint, we were told that nothing could be done. Best Buy could not prove that the damage did not occur before we purchased it, and they left us to bear the cost. It saddens me to think about how excited my fiancé was to bring the TV home, only to be let down by Best Buy's poor customer service. The GM of the Longmont location was unhelpful and insensitive, leaving us feeling powerless and disappointed. We are now fighting this issue, but in the meantime, we are left with a loss of $1740 and no TV. I want to stress that this is not a case of Best Buy covering up their own wrongdoing. Instead, it highlights the risks that come with purchasing electronics from Best Buy, as they do not provide proper warranties and customer support. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with others. Please think twice before purchasing any electronics from Best Buy, as you could be risking your hard-earned money. We will never shop at Best Buy again, and I hope that this review serves as a warning to others who may be considering doing so.

I was lied to by so many people here. Absolutely pathetic ‘customer service’ . Don’t believe a word from them. I tried talking to a manager, but just got the runaround. They refused to give me proof in writing of a discount that would apply to my newly opened credit card and I was cheated out of over $100. May look into filing a Better Business Bureau complaint because it is wrong how they screw people over.
Not only is this store 10x better than the Boulder store, but the customer service is 100x better. Worth the drive. Who ever the manager is should probably take over the Boulder store too.
Since you evidently can't contact the actual stores anymore, I'm leaving my review here. I came in to make use of one of the services listed on their website and on Google, however when I asked the employee if the service was available, they directed me around to the back of the building to a loading area where they said someone was going to be waiting for me. After driving around and waiting at the back door, knocking several times on the locked door, nobody answered and there was no evidence of anyone using the area for anything other than receiving deliveries. It's a real shame that Best Buy's customer service is so terrible that you can't even reach the actual store over the phone and the employees don't know where or how to use the services they're supposed to provide.
Today I had the most excellent customer service I have ever had at your store !! Tanner was so helpful, paitent, and informative without being pushy i bought 5 IPhone at one time for friends in west Africa he helped me so much making sure I throughly understood what I was getting into the best pricing everything!! I cannot say enough good things about Tanner ! The world needs of this kind of guy !!
My autistic nephew had a 45 min meltdown in the store. And unlike other places who's asked us to leave or else. They were so patient and empathetic. They told us to take our time and if we needed any help to let them know. what would have been a traumatic experience for all of us became a reminder that there is good and loving people still out there!. Thank you very much Best Buy Longmont! ❤️
I bought an OLED TV online from Best Buy and had problems getting the audio to work. I went into this store and the AV salesman was very patient helping me with the problem I was having. We checked if my cabling was right (it was) and then went into the setup options on a demo TV to get it to recognize my receiver. We eventually found the right setting (buried) and that solved my problem. It has been years since I've come across that level of service.
