The Best Buy near the Colorado Mills Mall is usually a test of endurance for getting any kind of assistance. BUT!!!! They have a Customer Service Rep named Leslie, who more than made up the lack of personnel. She's knowledgeable, compassionate, friendly and extremely helpful! I've been trying to leave a review with the company but the email I was given didn't work. I'll have to call back and find out how to do this. She made our whole transaction smooth as glass and very fast! Kudos to Leslie!!!馃挄
I'm grateful they have a hi-fi (home theater) listening room. But I went to Best Buying for a TV - no problems and on sale. Frankly, having a retail store is still great.

Terrific Group of Men and Women that are sincerely interested in You! Identifying customer needs, even when you might not be sure; 1) Customer Care 2) Product Availability and 3) Best/Value Pricing (policy) Some times we're feeling a bit technology challenged. Upgrading your cellphone can be intimidating. Need a new TV with a Flat screen on a budget, check with "The Squad" at your Location! Well, let me point out what an outstanding Employee culture exists, removing the fear of sounding silly speaking/learning from the Best Buy Comprehensive Sales culture! Very impressive! Great prices and deals right now in store! Went to the store to make an electronics purchase, I needed ask a few questions to make my decision on which item to buy. Disappointed yet again- at another retail store where the employees stand around and visit with each other but never give assistance. What has happened to employees that are knowledgeable and actually do their job? In the end a manager handling many things at once helped me and I did get what I needed.
Please do not purchase a appliance from Best Buy unless you want to waste countless hours of your life showing up to the store to pick up your order and find out it鈥檚 not there, and then loose your delivery slot 3 times. But wait it gets better purchase three appliances one is an open box that isn鈥檛 the same color as the matching range so you have to go back to the store to return it and then take time off from work three different days to have three appliances delivered. Oh and have the delivery date of one of the appliances change two and a half hours prior to delivery. Best Buy has to be the worst company for deliveries I have ever encountered! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME JUST GO TO HOME DEPOT OR LOWES!!!
The sales people here are excellent. I have bought over $10,000 in electronics and appliances here over the last year. Salespeople are always very knowledgeable and polite. Go out of their way to help
Stephen was super helpful, I had several issues that were very complicated with an order and he was super patient and helpful. He assisted in more ways then I ever expected an employee to! This man deserves a raise! Need more employees out there like this
I fully understand why Best Buy is dying. They don't carry something as basic as a monitor mount. Take the extra time, and go to Micro Center, you'll get better service and they are an actual electronics store.
