On Wednesday, June 14, 2023, the store was locked at 6:48pm despite listed hours until 7pm. Pretty lame of your employee to waste my drive to close over 12 minutes early. C’mon, man.

Game stop is not the same now that you can buy games online and download them from your phone. Just a little obsolete nowadays.

You can never go wrong at Game Stop. Unless you spend to much on games.

Friendly staff, clean store, had the used game I went looking for.

What a joke. Called in the morning asking if they were accepting console trade ins. Confirmed they were. Show up, they turn me away cause they're not accepting console trade ins. Apparently the systems been down entire day. That was after I waited to be helped. One clerk playing video games. The other clerk to busy talking to a customer after their transaction completed. What a waste of time and energy that should've been easily avoided.

Don't shop here associates don't give you good information and the store doesn't take returns even if you only purchased a hour ago. Save your money and go to any other GameStop

I've been to a lot of other shops looking for a particular item, and this is the only place that has it. I will continue to go there to get it.

I've never experienced a manager this rude in my life. We had a "preorder" for a game and called about it, to make sure it would be there for us. We told the associate that we would be in by 6pm today. Our copy was given to someone else who came in. We should up and there was no apology from the manager at all. I called the store to explain my frustrations and he kept blaming me. He asked me "why we came in at 5 when the store closes soon." I kept asking why we were told that our copy would be there on the phone earlier and he just kept blaming me, when one of the associates gave it away. Nice dude. Great customer service bro. They literally could have told us "We don't hold preorders." Pretty cool that the manager just blamed me though. Update: tried to get the number for the district manager and they refused to give it. Manager is super defensive and yelled the whole time.

Said my game console an OLED Switch that I got less then two months wouldn't connect to their TV. Then said they would have to put it in as defective which made the trade less than $100. When I got home it connected to my TV with no trouble these employees are lazy and only take trade ins when they feel like it when I went In two weeks ago to trade in the same console they said they weren't taking trade ins for that console at the time the employee said. They are very unprofessional and only do the work when they want to.
