Best buys have the worst car audio installers. I'm so glad they are shutting all their install bays down. Don't hire high schoolers that have no business working on cars. Can't wait till best buy is out of business.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered on line for pickup, order was ready pretty quickly. Get to store & go to curbside pickup only to find out they aren't doing curbside. I have to go into the store, security guard was RUDE. Points to the pickup line. Only 1 order in front of me. The store associates didn't acknowledge either one of us! They kept taking people in checkout line . After about 20 min., the check out guy called for another person. He finally showed up, looked like he was annoyed & helped the people in front of me. My turn finally. 1/2 an hour to pick up an order that was already paid for. I could have come & shopped myself & it would have been quicker. POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I went to fix my samsung mobile connection issue. I have been received well, the Geek Squad techie was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed it quickly.
It's much cheaper to have a car stereo installed. Also, certain locations have better customer service, and I was able to pick up the part today, I may need for the installation scheduled for this Friday. I was able to reschedule for a sooner date and time.
I bought a printer with a new credit card, in this store, and after 2 day some one use my credit card. Whoever got my information shopped online spend over 500 with my card. I talk to the manager of this store, to look the video footage . Since it’s a new card I only use it and activate it that day @ Best Buy, I did not made any purchase anywhere else. The manager deny me to see the security video of the store. Even if after I showed him my credit card history.
Very nice, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. One of the bigger flagship stores, and well worth visiting to see more products on display. Impressed with staff friendliness and knowledge.
It was hard to get help. They have a variety of items I was deciding between but there was no one at all to answer questions. I saw two employees and they were with other shoppers so I left without buying anything. I only gave 3 stars because their merchandise is great. I wanted to give 2.
I had delivery today from this location. Lorea Jerry called me for my delivery, but I missed her call. When I was calling her, she didn’t answered back. I had to call more than 20 times. Without any reason she canceled my delivery. I had to call store they referred me to delivery team. I was on call with them for about 30 minutes, but ended without any results. I am disappointed about it. I will never buy from them.
I don't know, Best Buy used to be a great place, but lately, not so much. I found a TV I wanted online and discovered it was available at Best Buy. Went to Best Buy expecting to get it today and found out it wasn't there - despite Best Buy's own web page saying it was in stock at that store. The Best Buy employees response was "Ya, well. It happens all the time - we don't trust the website". The TV could be delivered to the store in 2 days, so we sighed, capitulated, and bought the TV. We waited 2 days with no response, so we decided to check online. Checking Best Buy's own app said my invoice number and customer transaction pin were invalid and there wasn't a record of our transaction. At the store, customer service said there was an "unexpected" delay in transferring the TV and it should only be another 3 to 4 days. Long story short and cool headed insight from my wife led us to the decision to wait for arrival. Since the TVs arrival date changed, so had our availability to easily pick it up, so we asked about a home delivery option and we were told our purchase "didn't qualify for home delivery". AGAIN, we accommodated Best Buy's ineptitude and changed our plans to get the TV. Our adventure ended and so did any desire to set foot in Best Buy again - employees were not the issue - it was Best Buy's operation. People wonder why retail outlets are closing up and I can't understand why they aren't closing up quicker because they are definitely a poor option for purchase
I want to thank Israel and the young man who I believe was in training for helping me with my purchase. They went over and beyond searching in the back and cabinets for what I needed. I will say that the employee named Amir was very rude and nasty. I will give him a -1 star. He seemed to be having a bad day and told me not to speak to him anymore. When all I wanted to know was, could I get the product for the price that it was marked, or could they find me the cheaper one?
