Shout out to Toby Berg Jr with Geek Squad. He's been exceptionally patient and knowledgeable with a Boomer customer (me). Really good at customer service. Was able to keep me from losing my cool (and mind). Thanks so much TB!!

Employees that don’t know their own policies. While trying to make a return on a damaged product that was shipped to me, the Manager “Christine” denied me any refunds or exchanges because the item was purchased 3 months ago… as a preorder. The product was delivered the day before I went into the store and spoke with “Christine”. The product mentioned was a movie that I didn’t realize was damaged until it was opened. The manager stated she knew their return policy and that because the item was purchased 3 months ago, it didn’t matter it arrived the day before. As for damages, I’m out of luck because it was opened. Best Buy policy states if you receive a damaged item unless of course it’s digital (gift cards, SIM cards, digital game codes etc) You can return it IF unopened. If opened the item is eligible for an exchange of the same product if it is under 15 days. After leaving the store, baffled the “manager” “Christine” did not understand the policies for the companies she works for, I contacted the online chat and contacted customer service via phone. When speaking with customer service over the phone, they were baffled and confused as to why I could not return the item and offered to send me a shipping label and return to pick up the item from the store. I refuse to return to that store. The point of receiving an exchange in person was to lessen the chances of the product being damaged during shipping. There’s no point to visit in store and be embarrassed and denied services from a Manager who obviously did not want to remedy a problem. Lazy, uneducated and obviously arrogant staff. 1st time in this store will be my last. What a joke. Looking for Iphone accessories, department looked like it was ransacked,or in a tornado.Empty shelves,7 customers to 2 inexperienced employees. Was not greeted nor even acknowledged. Guarantee this store will be closed shortly. What a complete Joke...but it wasn't funny. Kind of sad .. bye bye best buy.

I will never spend another dime here. Bought a pair of noise canceling headphones. They broke after 2 weeks, I wasn't able to go and return them at the moment they broke because of work. Went a week later was told I can't return them anymore cause they Give me 2 weeks of warranty will. They did break in two weeks but I wasn't able to make it on time. The employees are rude and unprofessional. This place doesn't even deserve a one star.

Sloppiest BestBuy I’ve been to. Unknowledgeable employees who go as far as wearing their uniform around their neck instead of actually wearing it (not even kidding). Went in looking for a specific product with a plan A, B, and C just in case they were out of stock. All 3 products showed they have in stock. Me and the multiple employees helping look for the product couldn’t locate it and they decided to chalk it up to “theft”. The entire isle where this product is located has overstock appliances shoved about a foot away from the shelving, making it impossible to step anywhere but side to side just to walk down the aisle. No wonder they weren’t shocked when they realized someone had ransacked this isle, stealing everything in sight. Just going to use Amazon from here on out and save the headache.

Went to get pair of desk speakers. None in the store. Very little store inventory. However, staff were very nice and had the speakers delivered, no charge. Took only a few days.

Dakota and Christina were ROCK STARS! I had a very serious Karaoke EMERGENCY....as in a small town event with hundreds of people depending on me to have a working computer that could host the show..and my laptop quit at the last moment. Not only did they put me into a new computer, they help me get it set up on the fly. Because I am old school...and just did not know how..it was amazing! Why SHOP anywhere else???

Staff were too busy to help us find the TV we wanted. The one that we asked didn't know anything about the sale we were looking for. She looked it up and then sent us on our own to find it. We almost got the wrong on because they were not clearly marked.

Despite looking online for THREE items that, according to the BB website, were all in stock at this location, yep you guessed it, not in stuck upon my arrival. Not only were the items that the BB website said would be in stock NOT in stock but they were missing things on nearly every shelf. At best, shelves were 70% stocked. Somehow other businesses such as Walmart manage to keep shelves stocked. I'm making a point to mention that as someone will likely respond from BB stating supply chain issues... go fish. Also, one thing BB can do, regardless of the items in stock or not, is improve their customer service. Upon my entry into the store there was not one staff member there to greet/direct me to the items I was looking for. After spending a good 15-20 minutes scouring the store for my items I was not once approached by an associate to see if I needed help. BTW, I found all three items at Walmart right up the street. Do better.

Short staffing, nobody to help with my phone, won't be able to call to find out when he will be there because calls now go to a call center. I will find other options to answer my queations.
