Alex and Bobby did an amazing job! They helped me figure out the perfect home theatre set up while also watching out for my budget! One of the best experiences I have had at a retail store in a while! Thanks guys I am a forever customer!

I went in to buy a new phone and had the absolute best customer service I could ask for. Massimo was extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient, and helpful in explaining different phones to me. He gave great information and I finally decided on a phone. He took the time to set up the new phone for me and transfer the data over from my old phone. He made sure it was working correctly by having me test incoming and outgoing calls. When something wasn't working, and he had tried everything possible to correct it, he took time to call Verizon support and they were finally able to get it fixed. Fantastic experience with an extremely competent and friendly, helpful employee. Best buy is my new phone store.

I will not attempt to use something dirty and covered in another person's earwax!! $100 product sold as new... Parker, Co store shame on you!! Tried to call store to speak to management got transferred to some call center where i didn't understand the persons accent and was told if i didn't want the product i just bought or it didn't work i had 14 days to return. Reciept & box included in picture!! Lol for yourself! Would you have even tried it?

Skoe start waiting for help with ipads but they associate that helped was awesome. They honored a price match, got the accessories that I needed and everything went well.

No one greeted my dad and I when we walked in, it took awhile to get assistance with questions on TV price were were wanting to buy. Once we did get help he was very nice. Young man at the front did not say a word to us when we were leaving. Park Meadows location was a much better experience!

My experience here was two fold. On the good side. When I made it to the TV section of the store Clay greeted me and was amazing. He provided me with lots of information about the different types of TVs on the market right now and was helpful in learning about my needs. Clay spent time with me and it was a great experience. I did not go here to get a TV, but instead to look for a refrigerator. I the appliance section of the store I could not get any help and left without the information I needed and knowing that I was not going to be buying the refrigerator here. This best buy seems to be on the smaller side which may make since for the community it is serving, but not sure that I will make it my home store or not.

Had a new Samsung tv delivered and it had a defect from the factory went in and showed the guys there a couple of pictures of the problem and they immediately got on it to set up a time for a new tv to be delivered and to pickup the defective one. Alex there is very helpful with answering all my questions on different flat screens and electronics. I feel like every time I go in someone asks if I need any help finding something.

Geek squad is God awful and you're better off bringing whatever you need worked on somewhere else, brought my computer in to get some fans put in and it's now been 2 weeks with little to no communication on there end, countless problems caused by there mistakes and I'm still yet to get my computer or even an accurate conformation on when it will be done. I'm not bringing my computer or any other electronic into to Geek squad again.

This was a visit to purchase a new cell phone.TheParker Best Buy has always had the most amazing cell phone staff and this time was no exception. Staff was very helpful and worked hard to find us the best deal. One item that took away a star was the GM or regional manager deciding that they would no longer transfer data from an old phone to the new one free of charge. That will now cost you $40. At least on Samsung phones, it is incredibly straightforward to do that on your own, so save yourself the $40 and do it yourself.

I live directly behind the store. When I buy something, I ask for assistance to my car. Well, since I live behind the store I ask them for help. 2nd time they delivered to my apartment home. 3rd floor. They understood the issues and are amazing. I mostly or always take their advice on items I buy. Best General Manager and crew. Thanks for bringing up the massive tv and platform. Y’all, my best experience ever. Amazon drops things off like they are robbing the place. Best Buy, gets the humor and always delivered. Then checks in on me. What massive company does this? I wouldn’t request a tv to be hung. Just simple moving and helping.
