Jasmine was probably one of the most genuine people I’ve ever had to encounter at a store. Her patience while dealing with my indecisive mood was bar none. Jasmine deserves a raise and a promotion! I’m not one for reviews but she deserves some credit today! 10/10 and A+ for being so friendly!

Jasmine is very knowledgeable about all the games. She was very courteous and patient with me. If you are going to this location and have any questions about games, I would ask for her

Went here last night to buy some birthday gifts and I will never be back. I ended up walking out, the lady who was working had no idea what she was talking about when it came to the pro membership, told me all of the points got deleted, because my membership expired, that didn't make sence because I just logged on the other day. Said I would have to call the customer service line because I have 0 points they expired. When I logged into my account all points were there, i wasnt gonna argue, i was going to just pay for my stuff and figure it out at another store with nicer customer service. Then in the middle of her talking to me and checking me out she starts talking to another customer that had just walked in as if we were not in mid conversation and mid transition. There were 2 of them there so no reason the other person couldnt have helped them or simply helped then as soon as i was done checking out(all i had to do was pay so it wouldnt have been long). I ened up leaving my stuff and walking out because that was beyond rude, I doubt she even noticed, because from the minute i walked in she didn't even acknowledge me walking in. Don't come here, I won't be returning to this game stop! Worst gamestop ever!!!!

I came in today to trade in my PS4 and Ivan was very helpful and made the process go fast and smooth! I’ve been going to this GameStop for years and all the employees have been extremely nice, including Jasmine and Ivan. Jasmine also went out of her way the other day when I was trading in a game, the register didn’t accept it which I didn’t mind, I figured I’d just keep it. She came over to try it again and it worked! I would’ve been content with keeping it, but I appreciate that she is that so I could more on my trade card. 😊

Sold me a garbage used xbox controller that was marked lower than what they charged me. The controller lasted a few weeks and now the joy sticks no longer work.

Updated Review: Devin was super friendly and extremely helpful. He helped guide to me directly to the products I was searching for. On top of his superb customer service; he helped me setup a GameStop PowerUp Rewards account and take advantage of the points I would earn on the items I was purchasing. Even though this store is small it has always had a great team of staff and an awesome selection of products. I've never been disappointed on a visit and they've always had what I came in for. Can't wait for my next visit.

Every single time I have been here, the staff has been amazingly helpful. They actually listen to what games I like and recommend similar games, instead of other locations where they talk down to you and tell you what they play. And, I called when a brand new game released, and even though they had 12 in stock they still set one aside for me because the guy realized I wanted the game so bad. Also, this location has never been overcrowded. Definitely my store forever!
