Can you check that costumers have paid before calling their place of employment for a rental I've paid 3x the value of at this point. They didn't have a long enough cord for the appliance to begin with. Getting them to return with the proper cord took over a week with lots of back and forth. Nice that they can call and harass all day but can't even install properly without it being an issue. Prioritize please, and don't just call people's jobs when they've paid you.

They sent me couches dropped them off and didn’t even set it up also I called the center and the dude wouldn’t pick up I let it ring and finally he picked up I told him the situation and he said he would call them to come back then I told find the instructions or send me an email or call me back to hook it up that was Saturday the 2nd around 2pm today or I should say night it’s Thursday the 7th never got a call back to say anything and when it’s time for there payment their hounding you so this will be the last time I deal with them.oh also I gave them 20 dollars to split to move a couch about 30 ft and still didn’t even try to help me.

Cody and the new store manager is absolutely amazing!! They have been working with me since my injury at my job and has been super understanding!! I will continue to purchase items thru this store!! Thank you to the staff that always has a great attitude and customer service when I go in! Y'all are amazing!!!!

Very happy and impressed with these gentlemens professionalism and work ethic. Kody from Rent-A-Center has been exceptionally helpful from the very beginning. Toney has been extremely helpful as well. These 2 guys brought up and assembled my new bedroom set in what seemed like only minutes. I honestly couldn't be any happier with the overall service and experience of this place. Rent-A-Center Longmont great work!!!!💪💪💪

Ok so I was a customer at the Longmont store. The staff there was friendly and very respectful. I was there to pick up a bed for a new apartment we had just got into after a couple of years of homelessness. I say we. That is Max and myself. He is my partner. Anyway he needed something comfortable because he has cancer. We went with the pillow top mattress. It has been just wonderful to sleep on. We both sleep very well every night. In making my selection I had a bunch of questions and the staff had every answer. They were very knowledgeable. The only thing I don't like about the whole experience is that I must go by my legal name. A name I use at little as possible bc it just doesn't line up with who I am. I am in the orchard of getting it changed legally but it takes time. There are a couple places like this and there are a few that let you go by wherever name you want to use. I wish everyone let you use a preferred name rather then sucking with exactly what your legal name is. I am sure in the future it will change across the board. I hope so at least. Thank you, Chrissy

Worst customer service in the entire world. These two employees are the rudest and most trashy people I’ve ever worked with. There was a misunderstanding and miscommunication about the difference between two stores being separate and not being connected. We drove from Fort Collins all the way to Longmont and got treated like dirt. Cody and Rosa were also the most disrespectful and absolute rudest people ever. They didn’t explain anything about separate contracts and different stores. If that makes as something they explained we wouldn’t of drove an hour to this location and it would of saved some headache. There’s a difference between being respectful and explaining a situation and being w complete jackass and letting a customer have a bad experience. I expresses my dissatisfactions and was put down, belittled and made to be a punk. I will refuse to do business with any RAC in the US

After my first rental with them, I had no issues. Was recommended a msi trident 3 and thought why not. Not only did I have to wait a week for the computer as the monitor and keyboard were destroyed but when I finally received it, the pci board for the graphics card was burnt out. After trying to repair it myself I had to spend out of pocket on a new graphics card only to find out the damage was irreparable. This was after I had to contact the district manager for help. I'm now sitting here after waiting 2 1/2 hours for them to pick up the monitor keyboard and mouse, which I'm having to do on one of the few days I have to run errands. Was told by the receptionist that they would be here 2 hours ago and was just told they only just left. I don't know if everyone is treated this way but so far this is horrendous and I've never had such a problem with one company. I'm done with this. When they finally showed up. No apologies from them and the manager tried to sell me on another msi. Wasted a month on this nightmare and logging a formal complaint with corporate over this.
