Walmart Supercenter

This Walmart has by far ruined any chance of me shopping at any of their locations ever again. They have accused me falsely of stealing. Questioned me about my receipts. Given me expired (expensive) meat, veggies, and dry goods on my pickup orders or missed items that I paid for entirely and refused to replace them. I bought cups of very poor quality that under regular use shattered and cut me from here (9 stitches) and I overall have had a poor experience with there customer service. Often they have no employees running the registers and forget even getting assistance at the electronics section. As a customer you mean absolutely nothing to them and they treat you like such. If anybody bothers to even read this review. Don’t give them your business, you can get better products, better service, and better deals just about anywhere else. Even if you have to spend a little bit more it will be worth your time to avoid this Walmart entirely.

Store was great. Exept for a Pepsi. Worker that was there. At the time. ... that told my wife to speak English when she was picking up some pepsis. 😡 I wasn't there I was outside but. The tipe of. That picks up on girls.

KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS CUSTOMERS! I purchased a pair of Hart manual grass clippers at the beginning of the season paid 19.99. Believing these were a good brand I tossed the receipt . I used them a few times they broke. I went back to return them for what ever credit I could get . The employee couldn’t find the product in the inventory, asked if checked the other store I said no I’m not traveling that far out of town, and why isn’t the item in your inventory you have other Hart items? She couldn’t answer that so I left with nothing . How do you sell a product and not keep that item’s information in your system? Not great customer satisfaction! LESSON LEARNED!

Typical Walmart!!! Usually has the powered buggies to shop with! Variety of products that I was looking for...good!!! Again check out lines were long and crowded...not enough checkers, but unfortunately, this is shopping life now!!!

The hours for the store say 6am-11pm. Nowhere does it say the help desk has different hours, leading one to believe the Help Desk is open 6am-11pm as well. Apparently the help desk doesn't open until 8am, and I drove 15 miles to return something just to find out they can't figure out how to add Help Desk hours to the long list of hours they do have. When I asked in the store why all the other departments with different hours than the main store have their hours listed but not the Help Desk I was given a nasty look and told "those hours have never changed from when the store was open 24 hours". Okay. Well when the store was open 24 hours the Help Desk hours were listed. Now they are not listed at all, but all the other departments with different hours from the 6am-11pm store hours are listed. So they could be listed, as they were in the past. They could be listed, as all the other departments are. Instead they just assume people will psychically know what the Help Desk hours are. If you don't psychically know and ask you will be treated with disdain for not psychically knowing. I'll drive further to Ft. Collins instead of dealing with workers being nasty when asked a valid question.

Service help desk was rude about searching up for receipt and I was told otherwise about receipt look ups by other employees than what she told me. Didn’t seem willing to help at all. Edit: After reading other reviews, seems like y’all need to step up customer service, I’ll even add now after reading other posts, that I was told by a couple of friend employees that receipt lookup goes back indefinitely and no need of date to look it up and then was told promptly otherwise by customer service that they needed a date and weren’t willing to offer anything else, not even to look through a couple of possible dates.

Special thanks to Nicole in Automotive for assisting me with my tire pressure warning light and educating me on how it will trip due to changes in weather. I haven't had any problems with it since I brought in my car (August 18th).

Normal Walmart experience but the store looked a little messy. I'm sure it is because of the rain and stuff recently but so many items were thrown onto shelves and stuff. It didn't really have prices around the few items i needed. It was a bit of a frustration but I have been here before and that isn't the normal way they treat the store. Or at least previously... So I say, it's a good store but needs some cleaning up.

The lady that always is that the self check out the right handside is always EXTREMELY rude! Try and ask for help she doesnt want to do her job, talks to you with an attitude and like your stupid. 100% should not work with the public if you going to have a terrible attitude when people are nicely just asking for you do basically do you job. Should definitely be fired!

Wonderful walmart with some of the nicest employees ever. Peggy is always wonderful and brightens my day every time! Thanks for everything over the years!
