Everyone is very friendly here never had any issues with anyone so don’t know what other people are complaining about, they help you out if you can’t make a full payment as long as pay something and you stay in contact with them. Already paid off six things from them. Maria is awesome!

This rent a center is better then most, the staff are always respectful and nice, we started off by renting one item just to see if we would like it and then went back a few months later and rented three more items and All the times we have been there or spoke with them never have we had a bad experience. They do although need better delivery drivers that need to show a little more respect when delivering items and really need to stop with the eye rolling when asked to put an item in a certain spot. Wished I would of gotten one of their names but will definitely bring it to the managers attention.
Was promised delivery on the date they stated. Received call saying only one driver manager went home sick. They couldn’t deliver. They said see what they can do if they can deliver next day? Are you kidding me? Why is that my problem? They need to get help from other store they didn’t seem to care. I told them then I will help bring the couches in. I need them I have nothing. Again they did not care about this. Why should the customer be punished for the stores stupidly? So the only way I get my couches I have to help move it in. I think I’m sorry I decided to go with this store. No communication with the staff and way just look at you like you have two heads not very bright 😡
The manger Randy is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL, as well as his crew. Only employee that has any respect and does her job is Selena. Will definitely not be doing any more business with these people after my contract ends. Was LIED to right from the start by Maria, who DIDNT/COULDN'T explain the contract. Then get a rude call from Randy saying he gave me a month of free time which was a LIE due to the fact that i had previously PAID OFF my last contract before the early buy out of 6 months. Since the previous manager left this place has gone WAY down hill.

Staff is rude! I'm about ready to go Aaron's because they are more understanding and works with their customers. Randy the manager is the only nice one

I am surprised the treatment of the workers Maria and the manager is disastrous they do not attend well and do not know how to explain, some time ago I grabbed some furniture they told me how much I had to give to settle on time and now they came out with no I fulfilled my contract and everything doubled and according to they gave me a discount, very bad workers, one expects a good deal and I am not going back to this store at all.

Shady. Was renting a Xbox One from here. Signed agreement shows the console was supposed to be new and payment reflected new costs. However upon starting up the system a few game installs were present. Upon trying to start these installs I was met with a message saying I needed to insert the disc or purchase from the Xbox One store. Thought Microsoft was possibly preloading certain content to advertise and push to the user quicker. Still, after previously owning a Xbox One I found this a tad off. After looking through the box further I found two 14 day trials to Xbox Live. New systems do include one but only one. The cards are also different from one another outside of the 14 day trial with advertising on the same cards advertising different things. After reading the package contents I found one thing to be missing: The included AA batteries for the controller. I would highly suggest if you are renting anything from RAC and expecting it to be a new product that you look into the package contents first. Attempting to sell something as new that is not is nothing short of false advertising of said product and a rip off to the consumer.
Manager was very nice and helpful, good alternative if you're in a pinch and need something!
