The lady Theresa “ THE STORE MANAGER” needs to find another job she has no customer service skills and makes you feel unwelcome. To the point you take your business elsewhere. She is a very rude person and the reason behind canceling my order. They need to have a manager that is more educated and provides better customer service skills to people to manage this store. If I could put no stars as a rating I would.

I have been doing business with them for over 3 years. Always had great business with them until today. I will never do business with this store as long as Maria works there. RAC is a good company, but avoid doing business here as long as she is at this location. She is rude and not anybody I would ever deal with again. Things were mostly made right. I still don't wanna deal with Maria, but the rest of them are good

Horrible customer Service. My account was a week late do to me waiting for my debit card. Rent a Center sent over a truck to get my computer. The drivers knocked at my door for over 15 minutes. In the process they damaged my door a And my door handle. When I called the store Arlisa and Maria started laughing at me and they told me I was lying and to call the police. They were very very unprofessional and I think they are racist. When I asked to speak to Theresa the store manager they told me she would not care what I have to say. They also told me I could take my business elsewhere. When asked for the corporate number they would not provide it.

I wrote a long detailed review, but I erased it because I feel like it's all for naught. It's been a year and multiple more people have been affected by this sham. If they actually care to change i can give them pointers, but it feels like they don't care so why waste my time ? Stay away, please if you care about your money

I will NEVER rent from Rent-A-Center again, EVER. They will call you six times the day your payment is due as though leaving a message to get back to them after your shift has ended isn't sufficient. They are relentless with collections calls even after six months of renting with them. I will definitely save myself the headache and NEVER deal with them again.
Matt is very unprofessional. He talks to people like he owns them or something. I missed 1 payment and he treated and talked to me with an attitude the whole time. We (The people that purchase from the store) are the people that keep you in business so that you will get a paycheck! His behavior was very unacceptable and people like Matt is the reason so many stores go out of business. You got to give respect to get respect and that's something Matt clearly doesn't UNDERSTAND. I will never purchase from RAC again and I would recommend anyone reading this not to purchase or rent either.

My payments are due every other Saturday they call my phone on Friday. Brought me broken dressers I've asked for new ones it took about three months. Also brought me used box spring finally got a new one and its broken. They harass me while Im at work. And also harass my references! Way over priced just about ready to let them pick up my stuff and go else where!
I would give zero stars if I could- the girls that work here are ghetto and rude and have NO customer service what so ever! They will call your job before the payment is even due and refuse to work with you even if your payment will be in less than 3 days after the due date- knowing damn well they can't do anything but charge you the $3.00 a day late fee... even after paying them for a year they are still horrible to work with!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!
They like to call and harass my wife and my reference’s the day you are due or if you are late they call 4 or more times a day they don’t leave a message and they say my phone number is disconnected when it is not. I don’t answer my phone when I am working. If they have called me I don’t even know they do because they don’t leave me a message.Im about to tell them to come get there stuff back and never deal with them again. I may be late but they always get paid.
