So, we have had 2 things delivered recently by the same guy. A couch very recent and a bedroom suite. The second time with the couch he was alone and we live upstairs. Both times not only was he very professional but friendly and efficient in his delivery. He recognized my husband because my husband is the maintenance at the property he delivered to. Again, very professional and very efficient! You guys always do a great job. Thank you for everything!

The store people are the best! They are considerate, helpful and if you find yourself in a bind they bend backwards to help find a solution. The person who wrote that this particular store manger was rude probably went in there with a nasty attitude in the first place. I have always been treated with friendliness and respect. As i try to treat people. Maybe the person who wrote such negativity should try to manage a store for a week and see how difficult and trying it can be. You reap what you sow and these people have always treated me like gold.

This store has to have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with!!! Even the manager gave me an attitude and wanted to argue with me. He wouldn't let me finish a statement without cutting me off when I was talking. If that's how you guys conduct customer service, I'm not surprised that you have so many bad reviews on this store. And for this reason,I will not buy from rent a center until they show that they care about the customer service and not argue with a customers when they are trying to talk.

I was promised I could make a small down payment until next payday with the impression that I would be receiving my merchandise within a few days. Fast forward to a week later and not only was my delivery pushed out another day (7 days from the time I was approved) , but they called right before delivery and told me they would not be able to deliver until I paid a balance due for something I had not even used or received yet. I explained to the sales manager that I was planning on paying later that night after I received delivery, they told me they would not work with me and that the only option was to pay the 2 week rent that was due on merchandise I had not even used. This entire experience was not hassle free and I will not be using this rental company anymore. Bad enough they already have to exploit customers with crazy interest and fees, as well as “promotions” with no promise to deliver the merchandise.

Definitely should have read the reviews before purchasing from this location! Rudest woman/manager that I have ever dealt with. We have had our items for 7 months never had an issue until the past 2 weeks. We was late before and payed it immediately on the day we asked. Last week, we asked them to come to get the couches - husband left work early they didn’t show up. Then we got charged the whole amount even for the couches. Husband told them again to come get the couches this week, she was completely rude to him. Made comments stating that the employees “won’t take your wife (since he left work to wait for them. I’m 9 months pregnant and can’t move the furniture that’s in the way) and “you don’t work 60 hours a week” (actually he does and he’s taking care of our household since I’m high risk with our unborn child and can’t work). He asked her again to have the couches picked up and she got rude again and “put in an order to pick up all of our items”. I’m in management and this type of customer service is unnecessary and unacceptable. Corporate needs to have their employees trained in customer service and professionalism.

Trash! Terrible customer service!! They don’t even tell you that they don’t assemble the furniture until they bring it but then say if you get stuck while trying to put it together they’ll have someone come out to assist! That doesn’t make any sense…assist now! They also told me my delivery window was 1 to 3 pm and didn’t show up until almost 4pm. No consideration or thought for customers! Take your money elsewhere or to Aaron’s! Much better service!
