Your store people will not cooperate and ask repeat questions that were already answered and insist on paperwork that is all ready done. Your live chat agents are both rude and disrespectful. I don’t know how you can manage to hang up a chat but you certainly can. I will be going through another business quite literally any other business would be better than the incompetence and inconvenience that I have experienced here. I want off you mailing list and I want to file a grievance with the company. Good night to you all.

First the store didn't have what I had paid for online, then when substituting with something else they said it would be the same price as the set they didn't have but when I looked at my agreements they actually charged me more for a bed frame that the guy said would be part of the new set because the one I wanted had a bed frame it came with. All in all I'll be returning all the items except for the mattress.

Aside from Kurt (who was amazing on phone assisting me yesterday, I have a Cochlear Implant and am hearing impaired and he was totally wonderful with me, only wish I’d have gotten you when I arrived, as you were busy, and I see why now...) and the gentleman that loves Detroit, (didn’t catch your name!) TERRIBLE customer service. I’ll work with the Clifton store, they don’t judge you on having disabilities, and when you can pay... before they ask if you have any other income.... thanks for making that known in advance. I didn’t catch your name either, or I’d have mentioned it, so you know who I’m referring to. Y’all know who it was. (Gotcha) 👍🏻😡
I’m honestly extremely fed up with this company and cannot wait to pay off my furniture. I am 6 days late... not even a week. And they come to my house. And they actually do this quite often if I’m just a few days late. I’ve never even been more than two weeks late. I’m on weekly payments and sometimes money is tight and so I pay three whole days late. I pay my late fee so I see no need for them to come to my house. I feel like it’s borderline harassment. Can’t believe that’s even legal.

This is the greatest scam in town! They love you while you are renting, but when you return something, they only issue store credit. Then turn around and rent the item to someone else at full price and collect the value again! Thank God we have Aaron's here in town. Much nicer!
Very nice and friendly group of people. My experience was great. I have made a purchase through the payment plan and plan to do more.
So, my wife did an online inquiry for a washer/dryer set, on 1/14. So, for 2 or 3 days, this guy named Dan, calls me, leaving voicemails. Not the, "Hi, this is Dan with Rent A Center. I see you made an inquiry blah, blah blah." No, I get, "This call is for Ken. This is Dan with Rent A Center, call me, phone number". So, I called then today. Got Dan. Told him, he was the one I wanted to question. He didn't seem to understand. I asked him why he was calling my phone, leaving voicemails like I was some deadbeat. He didn't have much to say, so I took over the conversation, giving him an example of what OTHER messages he could leave for a prospective customer. He didn't seem to care, so I told him that "I'll just take my business and money elsewhere." I will NEVER do business with this company. Have to apparently leave a 1 star review. Too bad, I didn't want to leave any stars.
