My experience with Aaron's was a 0. They brought appliances to my house that were not the size shape or color of what I ordered. They then charged me for ordering something else I didn't ask them to order. After that I received 1 voicemail to try to reschedule delivery of the appliance I did not ask them to order. Mind you this entire time they are taking $50 a week from my bank . After 6 months I had to stop payments at my bank and when I asked for my money back I was told No and offered store credit. And thereafter the manager and the employees were rude to me.I am now having to take legal action with upper management just to get my money back. Don't bother with these crooks just go to Rent a Center!

Stopped by to look at a washer/dryer set and found one I liked! Clean and organized store and the employee who helped us was friendly and answered questions we had.

They had good overall customer service, and I know they fill a need for people with not great credit, but overly pricey in the long.

This is a response for Aaron’s store on North Ave in Grand junction CO. I have to share this. To good to let go unheard. I purchased my computer through Aaron’s about a year ago. I’ve Almost paid off my computer but this month I’ve hit a very hard spot financially and dealing with other difficulties also. The staff I’ve dealt with at Aaron’s have always been nice and kind even when I’ve been a little late. But today tops the cake:)) I called today trying not to lose it, in Tears as I told the staff my situation. This employee I spoke with was the SWEETEST person!! she went over and beyond to set me at ease with my dilemma. I am so truly great full for not only the help she gave me with my payment but her personal kindness and understanding. I will definitely recommend Aaron’s to my friends and family and I will always consider Aaron’s for future household needs. Thank you! Thank you!! Sincerely, Sara James

Leased a product for the past 2 years. Was a good experience until today. Two gentlemen showed up to my apartment saying they couldn't reach me via telephone as the number was "disconnected". My number was never disconnected and I was only 5 days late for my payment. Didn't think nothing of it until I paid later that afternoon waiting for paycheck and they tacked on a $10 fee on top of my normal payment for coming to my apartment.... even though they never called me about the late payment. Pretty disappointing considering I only have 2 months left til the product is fully paid off and the lady I spoke to last month said I have an excellent payment history. Will call them about this.

It was ok but I know better when u are dillinger with 9 city dirty cops and 3 shirriff and one dirty 197 state protol who is on leave with no pay dishonest on a ticket I got 4/27/222 187 23

Mr.Mark Rasmussen and Dan Blocker and Ms. Ashley Oaks are awesome I would not suggest you not go to any other place. Rent a center treated me badly and judged me based on the way I looked.
