Maverik Adventure's First Stop

I usually live maverick gas stations, this is the worst out of the bunch. I've had a couple different issues First I pumped premium but they had put regular on premium button cause they were out of premium. When I started pumping it was ringing in at regular gas price. I brought it up to manager being my car requires premium she Said its fine it will not hurt my car. 2 none of the pumps work for Credit card transactions

What time is your bonfire burrito Supposed to supposed to be open? It's after 7 AM on a Sunday. And you would think I would be able to get a burrito. There were 2 women behind the counter. But I was rudely told that they're not Open yet. I like your stuff, but you're incredibly unreliable. And your employees are rude and i'm caring. I'm tired of driving out of my way for no reason.... When this happens, I make sure that I don't get gas or any of the other things that I planned on getting on that visit. Is apparently your employees don't want me to spend money there.

So you just allow your own employees to spit trip poor soda and amongst other things that's just the beginning your employee also followed said customer to the college across the street cornered his wife and try to tease her when that didn't work and attempt to run her over she went back to her work waited for her boyfriend to get there or her boyfriend was already there they then got into two vehicles attempted to follow the said customer again jumping medians driving extremely dangerously all the way to save a lot across the street on Chambers pulled guns on them and told them that they would be back later I have video footage of all of this as well as I have heard from many of your employees that it is also on video and that Olga your customer refuses to reprimand her and it's allowing her to work still again now that I have her license plate I will be turning all this infinite evidence again over to Aurora Police department you will also be sued and I'm calling Maverick corporate today so I'm assuming Olga who refuses to recommend her employees for doing idiosyncrasies well also no longer have a job so good luck to you guys because the gentleman that you accused of stealing and hurt for no reason chased for no reason try to taste his wife and run her over for no reason had seizures that day causing him to fall and hit his head be taken to an ER and you also be sued for that as well I will make sure that criminal charges are pressed as well

Used to be one of my go-to spots for 3 years. Always quality diesel. But after the last gas price hike, they never dropped their prices back. They are currently $0.25-$0.40/ga. higher for Premium and Diesel than truck stops on I-70; and those are already high. If you are driving through, just fill up in Bennett for $0.40/ga. cheaper, and there is a kroger there for even cheaper prices.

I called the store today to see if they had a specific item in shop. However not only was she rude when she answered the phone she made me feel like i Inconvincing her she right away said that she didn't have it without even taking a look. This is not the 1st time I've had problems with a certain person there. But I will tell you that you need to get staff that are trained or love customer service. Or have somebody that has the niche because either you got it or you don't and that girl does not! She is rude condesending and doesn't belong in a workplace that deals with people.

This place was closed it is 12:07 Thursday December 8th. Very very upsetting 😡 should have 24hr when they decide there own time to lock up. The guy working there just looked at my husband when my husband had asked "what's up you're closed"?? He just nodded his head and that was it. So we drove more down the road to the maverick that was by i70 and thank goodness they were open and they also has the powder raspberry donuts we like.

Store number 495 was great they're very nice, helpfull especially Jason. he is all about customer service great great experience

Great upbeat atmosphere... the women here are energetic fine and fun! Always a great experience!!!

I had stopped at this Maverik because my truck was overheating. I was already having a bad week from being injured at work, and was in quite a bit of pain. When I entered the store, Keke was behind the counter. I explained that I needed water for my truck, and said no problem. But I didn't have anything to put it in. So she went out of her way to bet me a bucket which they used for cleaning, and said I could use their hand wash sink and take what I needed. More than needing my leaky truck to stop leaking, and my pain from my injury to stop, Keke made my problems go away, even if only for a little while, with just giving her kindness and very personable and caring demeanor. Kudos for Maverik for hiring someone who proves to be a great asset for any company who would hire her. I hope she is told and commended for earning my review!!
