King Soopers

Clean store with a good selection and a friendly team! I primarily shop online and pick up my groceries on a weekly basis. The team that handles online orders is awesome - my orders are very rarely late and when they are, they're very good about keeping in communication as to what's going on and when you can expect your order. They're also very good about substitutions and I feel that they take great care when picking out and bagging up my groceries, which I greatly appreciate! Definitely one of the best if not the best King Soopers locations I've ever been to!

Easy in and out. A great place to shop, can generally find everything I need here They definitely need to work on their digital coupons. They almost never work. They have empowered their staff to hand key them in, but that's extra work for me to have to keep track of them all. To see if they scanned and to remember to have someone take them off. Either fix the problem or make the regular coupons. This has been a problem for the entire time I have shopped here about 20 months. More than enough time to address the problem! If it weren't for the digital coupons I would give you 5 stars. But your ongoing failure to have accurate pricing is unacceptable

I like going to King Soopers. They have a wide variety of name-brand and Kroger Brand. Great market to shop at always courteous staff

5/17/2023 Wed I came in today with another family member to get some groceries around 5:30 pm as we were leaving after 6pm we decided to purchase 2 Powerball tickets with Powerplay $3 each at the front desk customer service. This Hispanic gentleman either couldn't understand or misheard us I specifically ask for 2 Powerplay tickets with my powerball tickets I said this about 3-4 times he purposely printed 2 regular Powerball tickets $2 each then he denied that I ask for 2 Powerball tickets with the Powerplay $3 each I even handed him $6 for the 2 Powerplay tickets. I'm not sure why he never ask if I wanted Powerplays with my Powerball tickets purchase but he was adamant that I ask for regular Powerball tickets and not with the Poweplays. The person I assumed he's a Hispanic male and his name is Carlos that sold me the wrong tickets was very rude and he didn't listen well. He could've cancelled the tickets and reprinted what I wanted I could've caused a scene or asked for the manager he was very rude and argumentative, it was a very unpleasant experience and ruined my evening I might call the store and ask to speak to the manager this is not right. I have called the customer service and spoke to this person directly that sold me tickets his name is Carlos works at the front customer service desk he made a mistake and won't accept responsibility for it, he says he can't cancelled it that is not my problem or my fault. This is very bad customer service totally unacceptable! After this we had to spent $3 for another Powerball / Powerplay ticket this time he heard us correctly so I am very sure he did this on purpose so he made us buy a extra ticket instead of just selling us 2 Powerball /Powerplay tickets. This was a very upsetting matter to have to deal with. It's like playing a Pantomime game with this person absolutely aggravation to have to go through this!

A decent King Sooper, up to the usual standard. They had the good deals I expect from them, especially in their deli area, and I have no complaints. They didn't give me any trouble about eating the food I bought from them in front of the store after I purchased it.

You fired an employee for videotaping a crime “looting” that ultimately costs your customers 1000s of dollars by making them pay inflated prices because of theft!! Whoever made that decision is a piece of anti-American TRASH!!! I hope your company goes out of business!! You are an absolute shame of America! Commie trash!

I come to this store weekly and I’ve never witnessed anything like what I saw today. A man who was presumably a manager and had the name tag with the name Derek on it stood behind the display of batteries staring at the young woman with long braids at the customer service desk. He stood hunched over and hidden for at least as long as it took me check out leering at this girl. It made me extremely uncomfortable and want to warn her to be careful, watch her back and not be alone with this man because it was clear his intention in watching her was not a good one. Even if he was trying to “catch” her doing something wrong and only spying on her for that reason it was creepy and terrible management and she should still watch her back and Derek needs to be removed from his management position if this is his idea of management.

Man I drove pass this king soopers for 4 yrs never gone inside but finally did a few days ago it's now my favorite store staff is amazing clean store veggies are always right fruits also

I called to give recognition for a worker that helped me. They did wonders when I kept asking stupid questions but when I talked to the manager and gave the name, they had me on speaker and everyone laughed at the name Not professional and I hope that worker left and is doing better.
