The lady Collen that works in the customer service counter is very rude i stood in line at 6:50 pm waiting for custamer service after i wanted it was my turn at 6:55 pm she informed me that she already closed when i stood in line even tho she is suppose to close at 7 . My father works with safeway managment in the plants on i70 i know this is not the way safeway does things review your tapes people are leaving whenever they want whats the point of having times posted . 0/5 stars COLLEN needs to be retrained and taught some custamer service and people skills very poor interaction . I guess ill go to king soopers to give them my business

I got in trouble for shucking 2 ears of corn and leaving the peels behind because no trash can was provided. The worker wasn't happy with me. The self checkout stopped working and wanted assistance for mine and 2 other registers. No one was around. We all waited and waited. The potatoes on sale were out of stock. The nice lady at customer service substituted them. That made the other stuff all better.

I have never been more humiliated in my life. I spend at least $12-$1500 monthly at Safeway on Havana. I went to the meat section and asked for salmon. The lady behind the counter told me I could not take it into my possession. She had to walk it to the front because it was too expensive. From this day forward, I will not shop at Safeway again. Not to mention, last week, I bought $55 worth of catfish. They said nothing to me about walking my fish to the front.

The store and products are great. However Michael is so disrespectful and rude! He was at the customer service desk last Sunday, we needed help with some coupons. He waved his hands in front of our faces and said go get back in line, I can't help you at this desk. Then the cashier told us to go back to customer service. Not a happy experience.

I was searching high and low for the king crab that was on sale. I called the store and spoke to the seafood dept. Talk about a great experience. They were so helpful. All the other stores were out, but they got me what I needed quickly and with the best attitude.

We couldn't find everything we were looking for then we had trouble multiple times at checkout. I informed the cashier about the reward card, she ignored it. At the end, she had to void it all out and re-ring it up because she messed up. Then I still had to go to customer service desk for a refund because she messed up again. I plan on traveling the extra 2-3 miles for a different safeway.

The store at Yale & Monaco cannot scan your code from your phone for digital sale items!! This is a big problem... No telling how many people have not gotten the advertised sale price on items and wound up paying full price or have left items behind because of this. The. Person at the self check station does have the capability to scan your phone but it is difficult to get them to do it. They say goto a regular line to scan the digital item but when there's Only one person checking in a regular line, that line is very long馃槪. And this store is always VERY low on baskets to shop put groceries in馃槥

It was okay. The store was nice and very well stocked. I did find prices 10% or so higher then average. I would easily shop there again for select items.

This is the worst Safeway I鈥檝e ever been to! The security followed my sisters through the store and then followed my family out to the car just to ask for a receipt. We were the only ones asked too! When asked if he was discriminating he just walked away! Why didn鈥檛 he ask for a receipt after we paid? Why wait till we got to the parking lot RACISM!!!
