King Soopers

I went into this store only to use the restroom and did nothing else while I was there. I was wearing sweatpants and a lightweight hoodie. You might not think that what I was wearing matters for a review for a grocery store, but apparently it does. After using the restroom while I was attempting to exit the store, I walked by an an old man with grey or white hair who I believe may have been a manager who was cleaning a register. After I walked past him, he asked me what I had in my “coat” and I had no idea what he was talking about and he proceeded to claim that “somebody said you put something in your pocket” which was a blatant lie. I told him there was nothing inside of my pocket multiple times and even put my hands inside of my empty pockets to show there was nothing in there. He did all of this in front of a cashier and other customers. He did not apologize for falsely accusing me of putting something in my pocket with no basis whatsoever and in fact continued to talk about me to a female employee who I believe may have been a supervisor as I exited the store. I was targeted by this employee for absolutely no reason other than that I was wearing a hoodie. This employee or manager working in the front end of the store is an absolute embarrassment and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and it was completely uncalled for and inappropriate. If I had his name I would put it here in my review. I can’t believe that this is how customers are treated at this store. I will never spend a cent at this store and I would not recommend anyone else to shop here.

I shop at this store as it's near where I live. The layout of the store is not very customer friendly compared to other locations since it remodeled a few years ago. My biggest complaint is the digital coupons that you have to clip on your phone to get the sale. It's not that easy to find. Then too many times you have to buy several of a product to get the sale. The deli, meat department, seafood, and bakery have a variety to choose from. Also nice selection of organic produce. I try to support our local businesses.

I went in here to get a money order for rent. Was told by manager and supervisor that I was doing something fishy. I showed them the receipt from my bank and told them and showed them where the money came from. I have never been treated so badly by a manager.

so, i’m very agitated that they still haven’t bought the proper package for their lunch menu.. this is how my lunch look after checking out.. this has been going on since this past April and i hope they can provide better service about this issue. Also i hope they can place the scanner on the bottom of the package, you would have to flip your lunch to scan it, but i think they have a new person and she obviously is clueless on how to serve proper portion too.

I love King's. They have quality selection and always reliable availability of products. I have certain things I like and I know I can always get what I want here.

Great produce section! The store is clean and well organized. Employees are very friendly.

Great location King Soopers. Larger then the Lafayette store. And only about 2 miles away from the King Soopers in Lafayette. Not to mention, but here I go mentioning it,LOL, Fuel Center here is less than King Soopers fuel center in Lafayette. Plus oh, there's a full-service car wash right next to the fuel center here. Both of which can be visited while your kids are learning how to code @ninja coders across the parking lot...

Been shopping here since 1997. Great store with friendly staff. Large selection in every department. Can be crazy busy on weekends. They added a fuel center a few years ago. Prices are a bit higher than the Lafayette store. I've shopped more at the Lafayette location since it opened as it is closer for me.

I am currently shopping here, the music is so bad that i actually had to stop mid shopping trip to post this. Please stop playing Christian music and this other trash as it’s religiously insensitive and painful to hear.

Our go to grocery store for click list. It's awesome being able to shop at home and schedule a time to pick up the groceries. Saves us lots of time and energy not having to navigate the aisles and crowds. Same day service available now is really great as well.
