Sprouts Farmers Market

This is nice little neighborhood store but I’ve noticed it seems like things are overpriced in general but they do have good sales sometimes, and there’s been many times I’ve purchased expired food from here. Partly my fault for not checking but I don’t think they should be selling expired goods. I like sprouts for its convenient location and I’ll be back but just making sure to not over pay and hopefully remembering to check the dates. 🤪

This won the best of the best produce by default of selection. It might be worth it to take a scenic drive to another location, because of the rudeness and ineptitude leading to comically pompous ignorance shown by the front staff... They have no idea how to work the computer system, the geriatric Karen talked down to me for buying parsnips...I didn't have the heart to tell her they were cut Diakon radishes lol So, I don't believe the best of the best can hold the crown if they are so clueless of their own produce section. Seriously 4 staff and a terrible manager all looking at us stand in line. I'll enjoy the drive next time.

James at the seafood section was super helpful and friendly. He was patient and accommodating to our specific needs. We appreciate that very much. Thanks James and service like that keeps us coming back again and again :) See you soon.

Unless you have a solid 20 minutes to wait in the check out line, don't come here. I want to like this store more. It's much closer to my house for quick last minute items but every time I go I'm scorned with an uber long wait. It doesn't seem to matter time of day pr how busy they are. Very limited amount of cashiers, many of whom work very slowly.

Caution: angry rant..... I spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars at this Spouts a year. the team members and cashiers are always GREAT .. I rarely have a problem or have returns.. Not sure if Im having an off day, but I was extremely triggered by my interactions with Sue, the lead cashier today. I bought some prepackaged meat (the vacuumed sealed type) that leaked all over the place because one of the corners was not sealed properly. As a precaution, I went back to exchange it. I live about 10min away, its 95F today. Sue started questioning me about the meat in a very condescending way... She asked me why it was so hot and accused me of not storing it properly and saying "sometimes meat leaks, there is nothing wrong with it".... ok maybe there isnt... but I told her this is not something I'm comfortable with. A manager came and okayed the exchange, no other questions asked, no condescending tone, no gaslighting (thank you!) , I grabbed another one that was sealed properly and went back to her register and she CONTINUED TO LECTURE ME. Do NOT lecture me on food handling and food safety and what MY comfort level is. Ok that is all. Everyone else at the Sprouts, keep up the great work.

I love our sprouts! Anthony was there doing samples the other day and gave me a bar code to give a review so he could get a free lunch but I lost it! He was very friendly and patient with my toddler. All the staff here are friendly and helpful. Thank you!!

Everytime I go to this location I get the very worst service. The employees act like theyre all bloated and give nasty looks. They don't trust that their customers tell the truth and balk at having to do anything. I been going to the 38th and Sheridan location and they take really, really good care of me. More than once an employee has passed me coupons and they all ask if I need anything. The moral is high and they are proud to work there and are very happy. Sprouts prides themselves on making sure the customer is happy and will ask if the customer would like to sample. In addition, if I need to do a return, they tell me to get what I like and they do it so kindly. They really put in the effort and it's effortless at the one on 38th and Sheridan. Why would I go anywhere else?

We LOVE Sprouts Farmers Market. Great products & produce. Very kind people. Delicious treats, and we found a new drink that we love!

There deli sandwichs are awesome and affodable...dang, Why Id say that, corporate will have meeting...hear that, the commons enjoy our sandwichs, lets double price.
