King Soopers Marketplace

This King Soopers is a favorite of mine! The store has a wide variety of items (to include clothes, shoes, dishes, towels, bedding, large toy section etc). This store is not convenient to me, but I often drive the extra distance just to shop here. There is a DMV License Plate Kiosk in the front of the store. This is a huge convenience. Be aware that at the end of the month, there may be long lines. Also, it is much cheaper to pay via a check than credit card. The store is quite expansive and can be overwhelming; but I find items here that are not available at other King Soopers and the staff are always very helpful and friendly.

I do a grocery pickup here at least once per week and they are consistently friendly and helpful. My order is generally complete with minimal substitutions and things like produce are always high-quality. The times I have gone into the store it has been clean, orderly, and the employees again, friendly and helpful. Good job folks.

Worst customer service ever. I had to go back around after checking out and take pictures of the prices on shelves Because I was overcharged on several items. The older gal with the pink glasses at the customer service desk is so quick to dismiss the customer and do no actual work. She has done this to me before When I received the wrong dog food from my pick up order. She first treated me like I stole it. Then I finally just had to go to the shelf myself to see if correct dog food was in stock. Because she "didn't know if they had it or not."

Love this location, Corey in the bakery is amazing, very friendly and did an awesome job on my grandsons cake. We got there just as he was finishing up.

Stopped in to grab something ready-to-eat, first time to this location. I was immediately struck by how nice the interior was! Wide aisles and modern interior design, feels very high end. There were also a ton of ready-to-eat options, several varieties of sandwiches, wraps, salads, sushi, and more (and that's not counting the deli case).

A few days ago my daughter was struck by a worker with a blue cart. She didn’t apologize and proceeded to make it my issue because my daughter was hanging on the buggy. King sippers has done nothing & I fully intended on letting more people know so they can make the same review. I’ve called offices & nothing been done & no one’s gotten back to me. However I did make a police report the day of & fully intend on going through with it.

I want to let u know this girl Angel was very helpful with my grandma. My grandma keeps talking about how nice she was and how she hopes to see her again. Thank you to Angel and King Soopers management for employing awesome people

Update: We've been in Arvada 5 months now. This is my regular grocery store. I still hate the layout. End update. I just moved to Arvada from Denver. There were 4 King Soopers near me before that were all easily shopped. This location has one of the worst layouts I've ever seen in a King Soopers. The chip aisles especially are random and chaotic. I hate that the personal care aisles are at the other end of the store past all the home and clothes aisles. Eventually I'll get used to it but it's taking much longer to learn this store than any other KS I've been in before.

Great store and deals only recommendation is have fresh produces and the fruit and veggie aisles and fridges stocked. Theirs always stuff missing and I know this location has it. The employees are just lazy probably snacking on food in the back.

I usually shop here because it’s close to my job. I got there around 10:30pm because I was off later than usual and usually am off by 10. I was stopped during shopping (15 min to store closing at 11pm) by the security guard lady who reminded me they’re closing in 15 minutes.. as if the annoying announcement every 5 minutes wasn’t enough to let me know they were about to close. What happened to stores allowing you to finish up shopping if you got there in decent time and able to check out?? We’re paying customers and the reason these folks even have jobs.
