Safeway's true colors. It worked great for a while .Fresh pass hasn't worked in over 6 months for deliveries. They keep on leading me on telling me IT will call me. Supervisor will call me. The lady on the other end. Will make sure to get back to me and no response. I only have delivery once a month due to my budget. So I called once a month this month. They say tough luck. That's the way it is. You don't get delivery anymore and deal with it. It's just sad when you pay for a year subscription and only get 6 months of service. To me they ripped me off. And then they tried to all of us that they're getting robbed all the time. It's sad that they think two wrongs are right. It's really sad because I believed in this company. Look at all the food that me and Safeway has made together. But no more. I have to take my business somewhere else cuz I refuse to be a victim.

No available shopping carts when I've really, really needed one. I had no time or energy to go anywhere else, so I pared down my list to the bare minimum of what I needed to buy. It was still too much weight; I knew I was in trouble as soon as I left the store. The weight of carrying the groceries aggravated my lower back, giving me the most agonizing pain in my entire life. After I got home I had to call 911 and spend a few hours in the ER. My back hurt for days afterwards. Will you PLEASE make sure shopping carts are always available for customers?! I have MS and apparently a bad back too. I fight battles every day but shopping carts shouldn't be one of them! Update: I'm here again 02/06/23 and there are STILL NO CARTS AVAILABLE. I took pictures to prove it. Management, are you serious? I walked out, I'm finished here.

After shopping over 30 years in several different states and giving this store a chance for the last 2 years, I can honestly say this is the worst grocery store I have ever experienced. No carts for customers, rude employees, overpriced items, lack of items, and the list goes on. All the negative reviews I've read are absolutely correct. Don't shop here unless you have no alternative!

Honestly every time I come to this location it’s terrible. The lady working at the “guest services” desk always has attitude and is rude every Thursday when I come in to buy gift cards and breakfast for my employees. This week in particular she made it an even bigger deal than normal when purchasing 8 $25 gift cards. I do this every week. She knows this and still has an issue selling them to me. She makes you feel like you’re committing fraud by buying this amount of gift cards. I’ll be buying them from king Soopers going forward they never have an issue and don’t treat their customers like criminals.

Horrible customer service. I left a package of paper towels at self checkout yesterday and came in today to see if I could get another package. Manager and staff was defensive and rude immediately. Manager lady told us she’d “have to check the book”, of course it wasn’t in the book. All we got was a “nothing we can do”. Cool. Not helpful.

Went in to purchase a bouquet of flowers, associate tells me it’s an extra 3.99 to have em wrapped. Now, I’ve been shopping at Safeway for over 20yrs, never once have been charged a “wrap fee” ask to speak to the manager (Nicole) she tells me we’ve always charged a wrap fee. So, I ask her if she can wave the $3 fee because I’m spending over $40? She tells me “if i were to give every customer $3 off I wouldn’t have a store. Well Nicole, you keep losing $40 sales I don’t think you’re gonna have a job. So I explained I will take my business elsewhere. And I did, drove 1/2 mile up the road to king soopers. Where they don’t have a wrap fee and didn’t charge me $3. In a world where we are already being nickel and dined, felt good when king soopers appreciates their customers. Sorry Nicole, you just lost a 20yr customer just because you don’t care about customer service.

I went to try to refill syringes at the pharmacy and before I even finished explaining the woman behind the counter blurted out “no! You need a prescription for those!” Actually you don’t, but my dr could’ve easily called them in if necessary. Thanks for interrupting me and basically accusing me of being a drug addict. I won’t be filling anything at the pharmacy anymore and I’m going to encourage others to go somewhere else as well. Very rude and unprofessional

Overpriced. Another self checkout grocery store. Their phone line only works half the time. You have to pay for sacks with pickup.. no option to use your own, and yes, others give you an option. Deli closes really early. 5? When ppl want dinner. Sushi is good Pharmacy has nice employees. The employees are nice. I wish the Starbucks had a sitting area. I shop here too much :)

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! STOP shopping here if you do. This is the final straw. I have gotten molded food multiple times from this location. Within the day of purchasing it! How do you constantly stock products that are covered in moldy fur?!! Last time I bought a pastry that was molded! A PASTRY!!! Now my sprouts?! (Again I bought this yesterday and the expiration date is not anytime soon) This has been a problem for YEARS. Each time I’ve tried to give this location another try to see if they’ve gotten better at quality I’m shown again there is absolutely no care whatsoever on checking for quality. No care on the public’s health. You will get sick if you buy your food here. Don’t do it!

Filthy public restrooms that smell horrible AND they keep them locked. If you’re in a rush good luck finding someone to help get in. Employees are not trained well. Putting a bag of shredded cheese in with rotisserie chicken? Come on? The culture there just isn’t what it should be. I’ve NEVER seen a Msnager in the floor. And it shows. The pharmacy is a great team.
