Filthy bathrooms. No checkers at all. Asked for help. Waited for 10 minutes. I was just about ready go and nice person came over to help. They said it’s corporate’s decision to remove checkers. I’ve shopped here since the King Soopers opened. I’ve lived here longer than that. It makes me angry that I’m going to drive further to another store and not use this one anymore. The jokes on me because they’re all owned by the same corporation. Can’t win.
Went to the deli at KS 64th and sheridan to get boars head low sodium turkey. the lady whose name i failed to get sliced the best turkey i have had any where. approx 11am. who ever she is needs to teach everyone slicing how to slice. most slice it so thin it turns out to be a jumbled mess. This lady sliced it a tad bit thicker and the slices are perfect, not a jumbled mess. 5 stars to this lady. i hope she is the mgr of that dept and will teach others how to slice.
Really busy most of the time, but the quality of food here compared to other places I've shopped throughout the country is far superior. In the rare occasion I happen to buy food that went bad before expiration date, they let me swap it out without much hassle.
Last night the store oozed as if it was going out of business, not enough options in the produce area. Also most of the shelves were empty or missing name brand items and the only other choice given by Kroger (not 4 me).
I think its bad customer service, when I went in there it was clearly 6:30, the guy at the customer service stand is there I go and ask him if he is still open he says no and blows me off, I check your website and it says customer service close at 8. Very rude I dont understand why someone would give wrong information!, this man needs to be fired or better training! Now my mom is in Texas without money for her insulin for her diabetes!. I hope you are proud of the HORRIBLE customer service your employees are giving king soopers ! This use to be my main store but after this I will be sure to spread the word for no one to come here !
This branch is unmanaged and will discontinue stocking products that are available at all other King Soopers locations. I asked Julie a manager why, and all I was told was no one at the store is in charge of anything. Then she proceeded to lie and state how the product didn't sell. Unnecessary time and frustration due to the unorganization of this branch.
The lady how Works up front wants to cuss out homeless people in today's world groceries are expensive. How is it fair to mischief someone when you have no clue if they're stealing or not?
The store manager or whoever is in charge of this store needs to be fired. How in the world are you going to have 0 checkstands open and only 4 self checkout stands open at 7pm on a Tuesday evening. There was a line of about 12 people down an isle and they would not open a register. This place rarely has more then one open at a time anyway. If I am going to check out a large cart full of groceries on my own in a self check out line you better be giving me a discount since you don't want to pay employees.
Sad just very sad non service Store Mgr Danny makes promises and never makes sure someone is at Customer Service Eric the so called front end Mgr is incompetent and always telling people to come back in 30 minutes and want to argue that nobody can help This happens every week and I have filled many complaints with corporate
My grocery store for most of my life, I find all I need at reasonable prices.
