Summary

"Good selection excellent quality, knowledgeable and helpful service."

"My husband and I were shopping here and wanted to buy a bottle of wine."

It was a zoo but I am guessing it because of the holiday weekend. They were sticking shelves with big carts all over the place, and there were a lot of people. I am not sure if the truck was late or poor planning but definitely feel like they could have picked a better time to do that. It made for lots of traffic jambs. But no crazy lines and everyone is great there. So still 5 stars. Just maybe better logistics for holiday weekends. Situational awareness

I frequently eat at the hot bar. The food is fresh and tastes amazing. I firmly believe this has a large part in my weight loss. I try to target 4pm that's when the new fresh trays of food come out. A bit pricey but everything in moderation.

I often try to go to this WF for the hot/salad bar but it never seems very well stocked and the food looks old unless you are there right after they set it up. Yesterday I tried again and the salad bins were mostly empty. I asked one of the deli staff when things would be replenished and she repeated what I said and then walked away into the kitchen. No clarification on my question or how long it would take. Then when going to check out there were only two lanes open besides self-checkout. We normally prefer a cashier but didn't want to wait in the long lines at the only two open registers. So we went to self-checkout and reluctantly started our transaction. After ringing our items up and going to pay it prompted us for only cc. The signage at these registers stating they are cc only is not noticeable AT ALL. One of the two attendants for self-checkout (why not use one of them for a cashier lane?) walked us over to the customer service desk to finish so we could pay with cash. I tried to voice my concerns about the signage to the customer service rep who promptly disregarded my concerns. His response was "well it's been this way since February". This complete disregard for my concerns was rude and off putting and left me feeling as if WF doesn't value it's customers. What happened to the old Whole Foods I used to love with friendly, helpful staff and good quality products?

The people that work here are always great. Today was no exception. The self check guy was wonderful, and the guy stocking the frozen area was helpful and nice. People smile. Wonderful sales!

We’re happy to hear that! Thanks for shopping with us.

Ordered a sausage and bell pepper pizza. One of the worst pizza’s I’ve had in my life the pizza was burnt. If you order a pizza from here a don’t want to be stuck with inedible pizza check before you leave.

I like this store! It’s got a large selection of foods that are hard to find other places. I tend to go there because it’s convenient to return my Amazon returns and then shop. It’s like two stops in one! I love the selection of cleaning items there too. I’d go more frequently if they were closer.

Thanks for your support, Elaine! We look forward to welcoming you back again soon.

Good organic grocer. Wide variety of pizza by the slice. Love the salad bar. Salad bar has hot and cold foods. Good deli. Comfortable places to eat inside and out. Very friendly and helpful staff.

For almost everything - this place is stellar. But let's talk about eggs. Specifically Pasture-raised eggs. These are the best presumably because the chickens that lay them are afforded the most square footage of pasture to run around and eat bugs and whatever else they want than all the other kinds of eggs. But there are 2 kinds of pasture-raised eggs: organic and non-organic. Why do I need non-organic pesticide-filled eggs? What benefit do I gain be being able to save 50 cents to buy a lower quality egg? Just give me one choice and be done with it already - that way I won't get home and realize I bought the wrong kind and I have to be extra careful to double check everything before I make my way out. It feels like somebody sticking their foot out to trip me when I was otherwise doing fine. That's the only gripe I have - too much selection of mediocre "can-we-please-move-on-out-of-the-stone-age?" choices. Thanks!

I would give a zero if I could. My husband and I were shopping here and wanted to buy a bottle of wine. They carded my husband (even though he is over 50, I totally understand why they do this!), but then they asked for my ID, which I had left in the car, (I am also not anywhere near 21!) and they would not let us purchase the wine. This is the most ridiculous policy I have ever experienced! Most grocery stores only card the purchaser. So if I were shopping with my grandson, age 6, I would not be able to buy any wine. What in the world?! VERY poor customer service, and a policy that makes absolutely no sense! I will no longer be shopping here.

It is WHOLE FOODS....that is the best part. Fantastic staff and great store. Always clean, well stocked, organized, easy to navigate, and so many healthy options. Prepared foods, hot & cold , bakery, take-home quicks bites. I have to give a specific 'KUDOS' to the meat staff. So knowledgeable, and they are great with info & ideas. Well, really, so are all the staff. It's just a better place for most mind-body-spirit needs. And now they are a fully operational amazon hub. Trustworthy. Nice. Helpful. Quick. Did I mention ...NICE.... WOW-WEE! It's a great day when I'm at whole foods longmont ,co ....be well...
