I aways have a great shopping experience here. Every employee treats me very good. They are always helpful and friendly. This is my favorite grocery store. I want to give a special thanks to Fletcher who always goes above and beyond at the checkout!!

They close one entrance "to encourage social distancing"? And so they crowd people even closer together in a bottleneck at one entrance? Way to go, submitting to the communist propaganda.

Why are there never any hand baskets? I stop in frequently for a few items here and there; not enough for a cart. Other than that, great selection, clean store, staff is very helpful. Update: the lack of hand baskets is so irritating. How do you not have hand baskets as a grocery store?! I’d probably buy more if you had baskets. I asked 2 employees if there were any; the first said I don’t think we have any right now. The second said they’re being stolen. Who is steeling these? Why aren’t you replacing them? We pay enough for groceries as it is.

This is quite a warm and inviting location! The employees are cordial and very helpful. I ran into a couple of managers by accident and told themI was extremely impressed at the "well-oiled" machine they have created! I told them their employees are top notch and create an environment where customers feel happy to be here!

Good sushi 😋 and always quick friendly service from all of the employees in all the departments. From the cashiers to the stockers and management big smiles and warm welcomes. 😀 🙃

Overall, Safeway is not where I regularly shop. Good produce and meat quality. This location is super tired and rundown. Tight aisles and the layout isn't great. I really appreciate their pharmacy, though. Timely, courteous, and they refilled a 90-day supply of something that other pharmacies wild only do 30 days with. Saved me money with the larger quantity and the actual medication was 4x less here than other places.

I only go here if absolutely need to to pick up one or two things. EVERYTIME and i mean everytime I come in here I get looks and stares (I'm a brown person), like what the heck are you doing in here? In our city? This time around I met Jesse... Jesse had no smile, no good morning, no have a nice day. All the while I was just standing there smiling. Then when the yt lady behind me comes up as I'm gathering my things he says... GOOD MORNING HELLO?! I mean really?!?! Could u be more obvious? Plus the store smells and the prepared food and anything with dust on the cans and jars. No thanks, reminds me of WinnDixie. Anyway. One star 🌟 because I have to to leave this review.

MEVER USE THE PICK UP SERVICE. The charged me for over three pounds of crab legs. They come in separate bags.they only gave me one bag so I called them back and Gave me two more bags but under a pound. I didn't notice tilli got home. So they ripped me off.

No baby changing station in the unisex bathroom? I changed my babies' dirty diapers standing up. Whatever but not really customer accommodation. Why do corporations make the absolute worst resting facilities to use mid-shopping trip? They are remodeled every 245 decades. I love Safeway's fresh cut produce.

As a visitor to Castle Rock, I have no other experience at this Castle Rock Safeway. This was my First and last visit to this store. I chose to wait in a staffed checkout line, the checker did not say hello, he was extremely disinterested in his work, he smashed my bread as he threw canned items onto it, he was faster than I could bag my groceries and stood there doing nothing to help. I will not be back here even though I am near here for a month.
