Sprouts Farmers Market

We always love Sprouts, BUT tonight we also had a great service experience. We had the coupon for $10 off a $75 purchase... but the code didn't work. Fortunately, Tiffany went above and beyond to help get the $10 credit. She didn't have to do that, but she took the time and made our night.

I've tried 3 times to use their advertised $5 sushi offer on Wednesday but each time they refuse to honor it and charge full price. The staff is friendly though and the late hours are convenient.

Their assortment of pies and cookies are very good. They lacked the assortment of sausage meat that I'm accustomed to seeing in the meat case.

It's not too big, it's not too small. I am in and out quickly with some nice produce, bulk foods, organic meats, vitamins, skin care, etc. They have most everything in one stop. It's located next to Bevy's for wine, and there's a dry cleaner across the side street making it a very efficient place to shop.

Great customer service. Their employees are always so friendly and helpful. I love this Sprouts Farmers Market. Their veggies and fruits are always fresh maybe it is just me but they are always fresh. Love the produce and their meat department.

5 stars for Barbara who had to reboot the computer because of a system error. 1/5 stars to Jan who had me stand in line waiting (when someone else was being checked out in front of me) but twice....TWICE... had the people who walked up behind me come to her to cashout in a lane she would open for them and then close after. Also, Jan tried saying my card froze the system when Barbara said it has been happening all month. Hope Jan's day gets better because how miserable she is has to be one of the most palpable things anytime you walk in this store.

Love the produce and bulk products most of all. There are many other quality products that we also purchase at Sprouts too. Can usually find whatever it is we need. 4 star's - have not had a steady supply of fresh organic blueberries 🫐 this season, so far.

This Sprouts has a vast variety of healthy and diet neutral options for meals and quick eats. I'm impressed with the hard work and dedication to keep everything clean and functional. The shelves appear to be always stocked to the brim ready for any amount of customers that walk in. Overall, I'm happy this Sprouts is so close to my home and centralized in the community.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE primarily because of the FEMALE MANAGER at this Sprouts location. They were out of drinks that were buy one get one free so I tried to get a raincheck. The manager grudgingly said I could have 6 cans max. The checker was MENTALLY HANDICAPPED and filled out the raincheck. When I came back a couple weeks later the manager said she would not honor the raincheck because the checker did not sign the raincheck. I love Sprouts as a store but the staff at this location need additional training and could treat customers with some politeness.

I love this sprouts! It has all the snacks that I like, natural and organic products, and things I never see in a regular grocery store that I can try.
