Been living here for 20 plus years and always liked the layout of this store over any other King Soopers I have been to. What they have done with it over the past month is actually upsetting which may sound ridiculous but to see a functioning store where everything is in a good place be turned upside down for no reason and made worse is infuriating. The bread is now in the seasonal isle instead of the bakery. Bread = Bakery. ? The meat department was set up so nicely before where you could walk by and see everything nicely. Now you can’t do that and have to walk by and look down into the casings. More traffic will be at the casings because no one can now walk by and see what’s there they have to walk up to it. Cheeses and meats like bacon that used to have a designated spot in the wall? Now in a drop down case and stacked on top of each other. Basically like a Hollister shirt shelf where nothing is in the place it should be and looks trashed. I feel bad for the employees who now have to spend extra time fixing this that wasn’t an issue before. Whoever they hired to give them these ideas…yikes. Also getting rid of the cut through from produce to the back half of the store?????????

I have seen huge improvements at this store recently. The employees are even more helpful and welcoming than ever before. Items are almost always stocked. The food is fresh, and the prices are great. Who could ask for more?

Cana was standing outside offering to help me and my family on this snowy day. She wached my shopping cart while my father went and got the car, Cana even helped us lode the car. Thank you Cana Sincerely Madden Howland

Good place, always clean. Good folks. Sometimes the drink area is chaotic but overall this is one of a handful of King Soopers which I like shopping at.

I have been going to King Soopers for 20 years now, and never have I ever in my time going to king Soopers ever been miss treated the way I have by 2 manager and customer service. We have rented a rug doctor from them and asked for a refund because the rug doctor was not sucking up any of the water. They refused and said they will give $10 back which we paid almost $100 to rent it out. I said this is not ok and told them I will call rug doctor corporation. Rug doctor gave me a reference number and said that they need to refund me my money back and so I went back and they refused to still give me my refund. I will be calling king Soopers corporation and hope that no body has to deal with this like I did. Lucky rug doctor said they will refund my money back by sending a check. I think rug doctor should not rent their things to king Soopers if they aren’t gonna be repressing rug doctor correctly.

I Loved this place. Extremely clean store. The entire staff is Very Friendly. I visited customer service where i was greeted by Patty, She is Awesome. Glady held a bag from another location in order for Me to shop comfortable. Then i was completely blind sided by the Unbelievably Beautiful Flowers. So Many Beautiful Bouquets. Lady in the department was Amazing Herself. I Really enjoyed the Beauty. I will admit i was captivated by all the Gorgeous Roses.

Cashiers at this store are not very customer oriented.. my last trip i had to bag my own groceries as he started the next customers order.produce is sub par unlike the commercials not fresh at this store..I think I am done shopping here.. another cashier rushed me and questioned a coupon i used.and yes i purchased the correct item for it.. and remodel during mothers day weekend.. what a mess. Took forever to shop and find things..i worked for k.s. and waited on mr. King.he would really hate to see how downhill it is . When Kroger took over is when the downhill started.

Frontline associates at this location, and likely company-wide, are not empowered to help guests with the smallest of issues. I was met with a bureaucratic emotionless response that started with "...Our policy does not allow..." The "manager" Tasha lacked any empathy on Father's Day as I was visiting from out of town and had run to the supermarket for a list of groceries my daughters requested to help with dinner. I had taken something that required a Kroger account. I tried to make an account but kept getting an error message that instructed me to call Customer Service, yet Tasha and 4 other associates stood just feet away gabbing and laughing away while a guest with a full shopping cart just wanted to buy 1 item. I think it is said that Tasha's response, while likely keeping with company protocol, was likely happening so often that she lost the ability to empathize or show gratitude for a gust with a full shopping cart. Sad. Very sad. I will be contacting the entire C-Suite in due time. As an executive myself with thousands of employees, many of whom are customer-facing, today was a good reminder in the work I have to do to ensure my team knows the value of the guest.

I have been going to this King Soopers since 2017 and it is consistently good, however I must leave a review after my last interaction with Alex in cheeses. He was so knowledgeable and helpful that it made our party-shopping trip, a very pleasant experience. The store itself is always clean and well stocked. This location is well managed.

Too small and crowded with elderly people. Poor selection compared to other stores of similar size. At least the staff is hardworking though!
