The customer service at this establishment was extremely poor, with staff members failing to explain important details. The rental service turned out to be a rip-off, charging excessive fees while providing subpar products/services. The rental employees were rude and impolite. I recommend buying instead of renting to avoid being ripped off and dealing with such unpleasant experiences.

Normally this place is alright, we've had some helpful experiences with employees but the garden center was terrible. we found white clover seed online, and we made sure they had it before we went. We couldn't find it in the store walking around everywhere. Looking it up online tells you which aisle and what spot in that specific section it was nowhere to be found. we asked an employee and he pointed us towards the garden seed aisle, We never found it so we went somewhere else. Please fix your online locations if you've got it in stock, we wasted a lot of time hunting for something that wasn't there!

Hands down the worst customer service I've ever had at a store like this. Every single employee of the six that I talk to were annoyed to have to talk to a customer, we're having personal conversations and sitting down and lounging with friends talking about inappropriate things. The two girls of the customer service counter we're talking about her boyfriend had been arrested for shoplifting from that very same store. No one was helpful and active annoyed to have to do their job. The police officer who was hired as the security guard was super helpful and helped us find what we were looking for because the employees were utterly useless. Corporate needs to send a Regional manager out to get this place in shape.

Worste experience ever. Corporate took my complaint on my situation and still nothing has been done. I bought a stackable washer and dryer set while checking out I asked do I need a stand or bracket to stack the set and was told no. When delivered I was told they couldn't stack anything without the bracket but if i ordered it they would stack them. I Drove back to get the bracket was told it needed ordered the bracket and was charged a $60 delivery fee. They showed up a week later with the bracket and I was told that they won't install or stack them. At this point it's been 3 weeks from perchance so I called corporate they said they would have a rep from LG call me the next day to install and it has almost been a week and nothing.

0/10- this location will waste your time and money. Reserved a tool online at 7:30am for 3pm pick up, paid the deposit and got my confirmation email. Drove 40 mins to this location, only to be informed first they couldn’t find it, to then being able to find the reservation, but they don’t have the tool. The staff in the tool rental dept may be temp workers ? First day at working ? Because the lack of being present and astounding inability to be aware of what’s going on was high. So after being told sorry not sorry, I drove another 40 mins home. 80 minutes of my day wasted, I didn’t get anything from the store and STILL LOST MONEY to them until my deposit is returned in 5-7 business days.

Celest has been amazing plenty of times we’ve been in the store! We wanted to promote her to get a raise if possible!! Always willing to assist, has the answers and if not will find the answers. She’s a great employee and always prompt!! Love her and her great attentive attitude towards HD shoppers!!! Bless u Celest! We are the Grate dane parents!!

I ordered 50 2x4x8, 10 2x4,12 and 10 pvc roof panels. I chose curbside pickup with load help. This order took me 45 minutes to load. No one would help me load it. The employees are children and care about only about sitting around. Worst experience. Never shopping here again.

I love that I can order ahead and send my contractors for pick up. Always have what I need. They were the only ones delivering appliances during Covid. Brownie points. Great garden dept.

Very clean store. Easy to find what I need every time. Associates are always willing to assist. Hands down the best Home Depot in Colorado!
